Il Granaio - Ristorante, Pizzeria & Drink — Restaurant in Naples

The restaurant looks very nice and welcoming but that is almost the end of the positives. We had to wait quite a while and had to ask to receive the menu. Seemingly quite a few people worked in the bar but it was again quite a while until someone took our orders. It took another eternity to actually get the food. We ordered 3 seafood risottos. Besides being underseasoned (very bland taste), in two of the three dishes the sea creatures were visibly undercooked - definitely not eatable. We mentioned this when at the end of our meal and all we got was a shrug of the shoulder and a smile. The whole restaurant was restaurant was highly comical, the way the waiters and operators ran around, at one point it seemed like one guy with a brown hat was the only one working: running around picking up orders, serving food, bringing wine. we began wondering if the food took so long because he was the one cooking as well.... so, we had a laugh but to be honest the dining experience was disappointing. Won't come back, won't recommend and from now on we will definitely check reviews before sitting...

Gut aufpassen!!! Wir haben das Lokal im Vorbeigehen gesehen und sind dort zum Mittagessen gewesen. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und hat Pasta mit Fisch als Tagesgericht vorgeschlagen, auf Nachfrage sollte das 30 Euro pro Person kosten, so haben wir uns für Bruscette, Pizza und Caprese entschieden. Alles extrem lecker und es hat uns auch nicht gestört, dass das Brot dazu mit 4 Euro berechnet wurde. Für ein Mittagessen insgesamt schon viel Geld, aber wir waren sehr zufrieden. Daher sind wir am Abend erneut dort gewesen. Der Kellner noch anwesend und sehr zuvorkommend und da wir uns für die Flasche Wein entschieden haben obwohl unsere Gläser bereits gefüllt waren, wurden uns diese nicht berechnet. Die Pasta war wirklich sehr lecker und der Salat zwar teuer, aber das Ambiente war es uns wert. Leider fühlten wir uns durch eine Vorspeise abgezockt. Auf der Karte standen Gamberetti 1 Person für 7 Euro. Der Kellner fragte wieviele ich möchte, 5 oder 10? Sie waren labberig und noch halb gefroren, da sie leider nicht frisch waren, sondern im Wasserbad aufgetaut. Auf der Rechnung tauchte die Vorspeise dann mit 5 Gamberetti mal 7 auf, also 35 Euro! Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde der Betrag dann auf 20 Euro reduziert, aber leider bleibt am Ende ein übler Beigeschmack. Sehr schade, denn das Lokal ist sehr schön, das Personal super und der Essen köstlich. Aber immer schön nur von der eindeutige Dinge von der Karte bestellen und gut aufpassen, damit wir Touristen nicht...

My mom and I went for dinner at Il Granaio and we couldn’t have been more impressed. We ordered crocche, una pizza speciale “lava del Vesuvio,” a salted caramel spritz, and pasta e patate con provola. I must say this was one of the best pizzas I have had. It was spicy which is what I always search for when ordering a pizza. The staff was accommodating and very attentive. We appreciated the service and the great atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back soon! Grazie mille ed...
