Il Pizzaiolo di Pizzofalcone — Restaurant in Naples

What I consider to be the best pizza during our Italy tour (vacation). Having prepared myself by making traditional Margherita pizza everyday months before our trip. We went from Milan, Florence, Rome and Naples. This is the pizzeria is a must. I ordered a simple pizza margherita, take away. The dough has great flavor, slightly fluffy. Not as crispy but I didn't care too much about the crisp. The flavor of the dough already tells me more than enough. Light layer of tomato sauce. Flavorful mozzarella. And a few basil leaves. I did wish there would be more basil but at 4€, what can I really complain about? I'm sure I'll find other pizzerias around Naples when I visit again, but I can confidently say that having tried Brandi, porta 'lba and several other local places. This pizzeria topped my list.

Absolutely loved our experience at Il Pizzaiolo di Pizzofalcone by Domenico Fiorillo! The pizzas were nothing short of spectacular—perfectly thin, beautifully charred crust with fresh, high-quality ingredients that highlight the true essence of Neapolitan pizza. Every bite was a burst of flavor, from the classic Margherita to their more inventive creations.

What truly set this place apart, though, was the service. Warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being overbearing. Domenico I love you! We couldn’t have felt more welcomed he had such a laugh with us made us feel so relaxed and looked after and the pizza was easily the best I have ever had. Made right in front of you it makes you feel so warm. Properly Neapolitan comfort. He doesn’t take the piss with the prices either.
