With a need for a couple of sandwiches for the road as we were headed to the airport, we didn’t expect much beyond a quick grab-and-go experience. However, what we encountered was far beyond our expectations.

Upon entering the shop, we were greeted warmly by a gentleman whom we assumed to be the owner. His dedication to quality was immediately evident as he meticulously prepared our sandwiches using the finest products available in the store. Das “Km Giusti” ist ein wunderbarer Ort für alle, die ehrliche Aromen, hochwertige Produkte und herzliche Gastfreundschaft zu schätzen wissen. Dieses kleine Lokal überzeugt nicht nur mit einer exzellenten Auswahl an Panini, sondern auch mit einer sorgfältig zusammengestellten Weinkarte, die perfekt auf die Speisen abgestimmt ist.

ナポリで何より感動した店です。ピッツェリアの有名店も数多くあるエリアでピザばかり食べていましたが、ピザ以外でこんな名店があるなんてびっくりです。夕食の店を探していて偶然入った店です。パニーニの看板を見て、そう言えばまだイタリア来てまだ食べてないな、と思い入ったお店です。一見するとカフェですが、中に入るとハムがずらりと並んでいるのですが、でもBarのような店内。看板を見てGARIBALDIをお願いすると愛想の良いお兄さんがすぐに作り始めてくれました。奥にワインもずらりと並んでいたので迷わず白ワインも注文。ダスティンホフマンに何となく似ているオーナーさん？に注文したら、自分も少しワインを入れて一緒に乾杯してくれました(笑)。 パニーニと言えばハムとトマトが基本で、挟むパンの種類は色々だけど簡単に温めてくれると思ってましたが、このガリバルディというパニーニは歯が折れそうなくらい硬いバケットで焼いてなくて、かじった瞬間モッツァレラのコクと香り豊かなバジルソースの味がミックスして、加えて溢れんばかりの（実際に溢れてますが）ハム（このハムマジでうまいです）の塩味などがミックスされもう最高の味です。さらに偶然にも頼んだ白ワインのつまみとばかりにパニーニが絶妙に合うので至福の時間でした。 ちなみにパニーニは€6.5なんですが、バケット一本分もあり、生ハムの量も考えると信じられない安さです。 パニーニって朝飯か軽食のイメージですが十分酒のつまみになると確信しました。ダ・ミケーレも日本進出したのでこの店も日本に出来ないか期待です。 後からGoogle...
