I love Italian cuisine, but I hate lack of professionalism. This place is a disgrace for all cooks and waiters who are doing their work with devotion and pleasure. These guys are there just for themselves. Everything was bad since the very beginning. The time it took the 'waiter' to take an order from us... when i lost my patience and asked him to come, he went somewhere else telling me 'one more minute'. Food was a disaster, bolognese was so salty that probably half of the salt from the neapolitan bay was there. I ate it just because I was hungry. Meatballs are fried with french fries which you can smell by the taste. The only good thing was beer -just because it was not bottled there. When we finished eating, after 10 minutes waiter came to the table and he took my plate, but even though he had an additional eye tattooed on his hand he didn't notice that the plate of my gf is ready to take too... after all i paid such bill which was way to high for this what we got. So just to warn you:
'Service' is rude and unprofessional. 'Food' is a disgrace to the italian cuisine. Prices are a robbery.
People working there shouldn't work in the restaurant, instead of that they should clean the streets, maybe they would do that better.

Read moreWe were the first to be seated in one of the halls. We were only able to order after 5 other companies who came into the hall after us ordered. We waved our hands at the waitresses an inordinate amount of the time, and they purposely pretended not to see us. Even for them, it was a priority to take group photos of customers at the request of customers over taking our order. Upon eye contact, we would wave our hand at them, but then they would purposely turn their head the other way. There was an interval of over 15 minutes between receiving the menu and taking our order. Had we not spoken to the manager, this interval would have been much greater, but even after the conversation, the manager did not take sufficient measures to ensure the quality of our service. After taking our order in a 1 hour interval, we received only half of the dishes we ordered. The staff did not speak any foreign languages including English, French or German. We left waiting for more and wished to pay only for what we had received, and the staff reacted super surprised as if we should tolerate such...
Read moreThe food was absolutely delicious. Pasta alla Bella Donna, the flavour was so rich, with so many amazingly combined ingredients that every next bite was like another discovery. Zeppole (kind of salty doughnut holes) filled with shrimps as appetisers, which I expected to be at least somewhat greasy, were not that at all, and combined well with arugula that they were served on. The drinks were good too. Unfortunately, I had to subtract one star (although if 0,5 was possible, that's what I would go for) because tiramisu as a dessert after such a divine meal was disappointing, tasting like a bad mass-produced store bought cake. Come one, O' Cerriglio, do better! The blue interior is very beautiful, kind of on the fence between chic and casual, making the restaurant a good pick for all kind of customers. The waiters were not very smily, but efficient with quick and attentionate service. The pictures here are a bit misleading though, with only those with blue walls being from this restaurant. The ones with the red walls are probably other restaurants...
