BEWARE, The quintessential tourist trap !! We should have known better by the "mafia" vibes exuding at first hello from all the staff involved in this shaddy food joint. This place was not just a blatant rip off, but also the worst food we had in Napoli... Potentially could have ruined our entire experience and impression of this city. We couldn't even finish half of the food or the drinks that we ordered. while the seafood cone did look good , flavor screamed cheap and foul, and not fresh; and the wine was obviously waterned and rancid, then the aperol tasted like medicine , totally disgusting. At the end they not only slap you with that ridiculous cover fee, for seating in a plastic stool in the middle of the actual street, but also have the audacity to slap and additional service fee of ten percent for such a horrible experience. Red flags:

Told us what to order without giving us a menu. We had to ask for the menu after we ordered a margherita pizza and a cuoppola so that we could know the price. When the bill came, he charged us extra for cover (1.5euro each) even though it wasn't on the menu, and he didn't give us bread. He also charged 10% servizio on the bill without telling us. See photo. We got a margherita, but he charged us for a bufalina, which was 2.5 euro more. The total was 26.40euro, but he typed in 30 euro into the machine. We told him no. He brought the bill and the machine and rushed us to leave so we didn't have time to check thoroughly.

The atmosphere is really good. We had lunch outside, so in spaccanapoli and you are surrounded by what you expect, lots of people, street artist and a nice happy atmosphere. The servise is good, very quick and kind persons. The food is excellent...but that is almost everywhere in Napoli. The prices considering the fact that is central and also you are a tourist still seem ok although for sure you can have cheaper options in Napoli. Quality good, quantity good...we had cuoppo terra, cuoppo mare and also a zizzona di battipaglia. You will have the " coperto" and the 10% service extra but it is written in the menu. Higly...
