Poke House - Napoli — Restaurant in Naples

Go here if you want food poisoning during your holiday. We were a group of 4 people, and 3 of us felt sick immediately after. All 3 of us had tuna in our poke bowl, and the person who did not get sick had salmon. After reading the reviews of others now, there is a common theme here of people feeling sick after eating at this place. It’s clearly because they don’t have decent food safety standards.

Food: clearly not fresh. Immediately felt sick after and have been ill for the last 24 hours. Refer to the other reviews to see the cases where this has happened as well.

Service: the girl serving us was so rude. It felt like every ingredient we asked for was a problem for her. Rolling her eyes constantly and it felt like she was hating her job. To the girl that served us, maybe it makes sense to not be in the hospitality / poke bowl industry if you get easily annoyed with people who politely request for ingredients in their bowl. I’d also revise upon how you should properly refrigerate tuna.

Atmosphere: it was empty on a Sunday at lunch time. After the last 24 hours, I understand why it was empty now.

In queste sere ho ordinato un deliveroo alle 22.00 , sono stata subito contattata da una dipendente con dicente che dovevo annullate l'ordine perché alle 22.30 chiudono e non aveva i prodotti . Vado sull'app e non posso annullare l'ordine perché era stato accettato e se avessi annullato avrei pagato l'ordine per intero , provo a richiamare il locale(22.15) telefono fuori posto . Deliveroo non voleva annullarmi l'ordine io ho pagato con carta e i soldi mi sono stati rimborsati dall'app il giorno dopo. Lasciando stare la rabbia che vabbè , io voglio pure annullare e contribuire ma perché non rispondere al telefono quando il danno l'avete causato voi? Perché non aggiornare il menù se i prodotti sono terminati??? Ma soprattutto se non avete intenzione di ricevere ordini perché tra mezz ora c è la chiusura dovete aggiornare l'orario a sto punto . Non faccio mai recensioni negative ma mi sono davvero arrabbiata perché stanca appena tornata da lavoro mi sono dovuta mettere a combattere con deliveroo e tutto il resto appresso !! Non è stato uno scherzo carino!! Se non potete annullare perché i titolari sennò vedono sicuramente non ci possono rimettere i clienti! E ci tengo anche a dire che gli stessi prodotti e di qualità forse anche maggiore ce l'hanno tutti i negozi poke a Napoli , per questo dovreste avere un attenzione in più nei confronti del cliente o quanto meno un "ci scusi per il disagio" perché l'errore può capitare siamo umani e avrei capito...

My second time I order from here and both time the experience went terrible. The first time I felt like I couldn’t digest the food at all. Most recent one, I literally throw up after 30 minutes. I felt my head was spinning, my throat was closing on me and couldn’t talk. Never happened with other poke restaurants.
