Absolutely appalling service and a complete waste of time.The restaurant is chaotically disorganised with staff who clearly have no idea what they're doing. The food quality is mediocre at best - nothing special and certainly not worth the hassle.

What makes this place particularly infuriating is their backwards priorities. Dine-in customers get their orders quickly while takeaway customers are left waiting endlessly. After placing my takeaway order, I watched multiple dine-in tables get served and finish their meals while I stood there like an idiot. Apparently they batch process takeaway orders, which means if you're unlucky enough to order at the wrong time, you're stuck waiting for an absurd amount of time while they fulfill a backlog of.

The whole operation screams poor management and zero consideration for customers who just want to grab their food and go. Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere that actually respects your time.

Having eaten at may da Michele’s across the world, including the one across the road at the original place, you cannot beat being in Naples whilst sampling their pizzas. They are so good! The police’s are so good. One margarita, one Cossaca and two soft drinks $19! The pizzas taste so good!

Terrible pizzeria. They only had three kinds of pizza, and all of them tasted awful. The staff was slow and inattentive, there was no air conditioning, and they seated us in the basement.
