My wife and I had a terrible experience in this restaurant. We have been to other japanese restaurants before, but the service in this one was very bad. None of the waiters understood a word of english. The delivery of food was slow. In the end we didn't get the food we ordered. They tried to explaine that the cook had gone home. We showed them the opening hours they had put on the net, that the kitchen should be open. Then a young waiter took my mobile, and I thought that he would show me that I was wrong. Yuki Sushi Noto is remarkable in three ways: the sushi is remarkably fresh; the waiters - who generally don't speak English - are remarkably upbeat and charming; and - I feel compelled to comment on this for the first time in my life - the decor and dishware gives the restraint an upscale feel.
You can't complain about the price, either: €26 for all-you-can-eat, no questions asked (though beverages and desserts are not included).

My family and I only speak english, with most of the staff speaking only Italian. This made the experience at Yuki Sushi Noto even more enjoyable. The staff tried their very best to understand, with the help of google translate and a few laughs. We all highly recommend this restaurant.
