Each dish was simple, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious. The swordfish, in particular, was out of this world – I’ve never tasted better fish in my life! The chef even came over to chat with us and shared a picture of the swordfish before cooking it – a nice personal touch that made the experience even more special.

For my birthday, I had the pleasure of ordering a cake from Crispi and it exceeded all my expectations. The cake was a true masterpiece, adorned with luscious cream and an array of fresh, vibrant berries. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with the delicate sweetness of the cream perfectly complementing the tartness of the berries. It was, without a doubt, the most exquisite cake I have ever had the pleasure of tasting.Today, on Monday, I stopped by for a coffee and was delighted to find that their pastries are equally outstanding. The pastries are simply divine, making for a perfect pairing with their excellent coffee. I wholeheartedly recommend Crispi to anyone seeking a truly exceptional dessert...

Eravamo stati un paio di volte per colazione e fortunatamente oggi ci è capitato andare a pranzo. La solita gentile accoglienza all’arrivo, con sorrisi e benvenuti che non è scontato dato che non si trova ovunque, quindi iniziamo bene. Ci viene informato che il menu disponibile era il Easy Lunch, subito ho imaginato che non ci sarebbe tanta scelta oltre che snacks ecc. Invece trovo un menu easy con una buona selezione di piatti coordinate e (anche qua una bella sorpresa) diversi di quelli che si trovano in altri ristoranti in zona. Su questo punto devo dire che ci piace molto la cucina locale ma abitandoci tutto l’anno è bello anche avere scelte diverse del solito ma rimanendo sempre nella buona cucina italiana.

Al menu: vitello tonnato (adoro), fagottino di pasta filo con robiola e fiori di zucca buonissimi. Tutto fresco, ben fatto, porzione giuste, insomma ottimi gustosi antipasti. La nostra bimba di 2 anni ha gustato con gioia gli gnocchetti al sugo di pomodoro del Baby Menu - mangiato fino all’ultimo! Poi abbiamo preso due primi: spaghetti con tartufo nero e ravioli ai fiori di zucca su una deliziosa fonduta di parmigiano. Anche qua tutto ottimo. Finito con i dolcetti mignon e caffè.

Un punto riguardo la pasticceria: sono veramente buoni, complimenti. Prodotti di qualità fatto da chi capisce bene come e cosa servire.

Insomma, consigliatissimo. Un bellissimo locale, moderno e accogliente. Personale gentile e eficiente. Cibo gustoso e di qualità. Dato che i prezzi sono nella media della zona, direi un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Sicuramente continueremmo a tornare e auguriamo molto sucesso a questo nuovo locale. Olbia e d’intorni meritava (ed aveva bisogno)...
