We were in Olbia and felt like having some nice white wine last afternoon. The first impression was good - the place was nice and the waiter (owner?) seemed friendly. We asked for a recommendation and told him that we’d like a fruity white wine. The response was, that every wine they serve is fruity. Ok. We made our choice (Sauvignon) and the waiter let us try the wine (which was good!). My husband told him that his wine is not cold. The waiter only said that he has an extra fridge for white wines. Ok. We took it anyway because we didn’t want to be fussy. After finishing 2/3 of my wine a moth flew into my glass and swam there. I kindly asked if it was possible to have another tiny sip in a new glass, what I also got (1/3 of a normal glass). This 1/3 glass was - by the way - not only a little warm, but really warm, so it wasn’t good at all. When we asked for the check we noticed that a full glass was charged (7,50€), so we should pay 37€ for having two wines and a cheese platter for two persons. My husband complaint about the fact he charged 1/3 as a full glass and - after having a discussion (because the waiter said the moth in my glass wasn’t his fault) - we didn’t have to pay it in the end. Scrivo questa recensione a mesi di distanza ritrovando lo scontrino, mi ricordo fosse l'una di un sabato invernale, quindi sicuramente non il giorno migliore per trovare last minute un posto dove mangiare. Detto questo voglio raccontarvi la mia esperienza, vediamo da fuori questo locale che sembrava davvero carino, entriamo e ci fanno subito accomodare in un tavolino essendo il locale vuoto, con presente solo una altra persona, chiediamo di poter pranzare, capendo poco dopo che si trattava di una boutique e non di un vero e proprio ristorante. Ci consegnano il menù e iniziamo a capire i prezzi (a parer nostro) molto elevati, inizialmente però ci tranquillizziamo non sapendo la qualità del cibo ed essendo "rassicurati" dal fatto che il proprietario del locale ci avesse assicurato porzioni da almeno 100 grammi per i primi. Decidiamo di ordinare 2 carbonare, un calice di vino rosso e una Coca Cola. Dopo all'incirca 30 minuti arriva dall'ingresso del locale un cuoco proveniente da un altro ristorante con i nostri piatti. Assaggiamo la pasta e ci accorgiamo subito della quantità, tra i 50-60 grammi... Sorvoliamo e la assaggiamo, fredda, probabilmente a causa del trasporto e ancora cruda. Conclusa la pasta ovviamente decidiamo di non prendere un secondo, e andiamo a pagare. Prezzo di ciascuna carbonara: € 20 Prezzo calice di vino: € 7,5 Prezzo Coca Cola: € 4 Totale per due persone primo + bibite: € 51,50 Prezzi a parer nostro troppo alti per il servizio offerto, alla cassa, un cameriere ci chiede come sia andato il pranzo, e noi con tutta onestà diciamo che gli spaghetti non erano al dente, erano CRUDI, non si riusciva ad arrotolarli alla forchetta, la sua risposta: "Magari andavano lasciati un minutino in più, vabbè può capitare". Una risposta a parer nostro impensabile visto il prezzo dei piatti, dato quel prezzo e la quantità ci si aspetta una qualità estremamente differente. Detto questo, non avendo provato gli aperitivi, non ve ne so parlare. Sicuramente non tornerò. In allegato lascio la foto dello scontrino con i relativi prezzi.

We chose this wine bar because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing. When we asked questions about the wines listed on the menu there was a shrug of the shoulders and no info. We then asked for Sardinian rosé wines, which was accepted. (Rose is not indicated on the menu) The waiter put us two glasses with the words "One is from Sardinia the other from Italy" and disappeared. No information about the wine, the bottle was not shown, nothing! Unbelivable bad service, unfriendly waiters. Such a thing should not be called wine bar, you get better service in the supermarket!

The best thing is that I, as a guest, am now insulted after an honest evaluation. The story happened exactly as described above on June 30, 2022 at...
