We stumbled upon this bar-restaurant by chance, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly at home. Thanks Catarina 🙏

The food was outstanding. Every dish was prepared with care and full of flavor. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was elegant. We especially loved the Selezione disalami formaggi for 15 euro absolutely worth trying!

The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and refined, with stylish decor and great background music. The wine list is also impressive, with a thoughtful selection that pairs beautifully with the menu.

Se siete in cerca di un’esperienza culinaria unica a Olbia, non potete assolutamente perdere questo ristorante che riesce a combinare alla perfezione l’eleganza della location con la qualità dei piatti. Appena entrati, si percepisce subito un'atmosfera accogliente e sofisticata, ma allo stesso tempo informale e rilassata. L’ambientazione è ideale sia per una cena romantica che per un incontro con amici, grazie a un design che unisce modernità e tradizione.

Per iniziare, i cocktail sono semplicemente irresistibili. Preparati con maestria, sono il perfetto preludio per il resto della serata. Ogni drink è una piccola opera d’arte, tanto da renderli un’attrazione a sé stante. In particolare, vi consiglio di provare il loro signature cocktail, che cambia stagionalmente ma è sempre una scelta vincente.

I piatti di antipasto sono un vero spettacolo di sapori e freschezza. Non posso non menzionare le acciughe cantabriche, che sono semplicemente divino: freschissime e saporite, perfettamente accompagnate da una selezione di contorni che ne esaltano il gusto. Un antipasto che già da solo vale il viaggio.

Il piatto forte della serata, però, sono stati gli spaghetti con bottarga. Una vera e propria delizia: la bottarga, fresca e saporita, si sposa perfettamente con la pasta, creando una combinazione di gusto e delicatezza che lascia senza parole. Ogni boccone è un'esplosione di sapore, e la preparazione esemplare dei piatti non fa che confermare la qualità della cucina.

Un altro aspetto che merita di essere sottolineato è il servizio, impeccabile grazie a Marco, il cameriere che ci ha accolti con grande cortesia e professionalità. La sua attenzione al dettaglio e la sua disponibilità nel consigliare piatti e vini hanno reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. Non è facile trovare un servizio così attento, capace di coniugare la professionalità con la giusta dose di simpatia.

We went to this restaurant for my friend birthday Dinner and we had such an Amazing there. We were kindly received by the stuff since the day we went to book the table. On the day of the Dinner, the stuff were very attentive and all our needs were fulfilled on time. The food was amazing from the first course to the main dish. One of the stuff members, Marco, gave us a great recommendation of the fish we ordered and we were glad we decided to go with that, because the cheef did an amazing job with it. The cocktails were very good as well and we have Johrdan to thank for that.
