D-I-S-G-U-S-T-I-N-G - On 03 Aug 18 we've found this restaurant on the TripAdvisor with good reviews, we decided to come to prove it. It was a very hot day with high temperatures, around 38C. We've just entered and waitress offers us a fresh bottle of Mineral Water, with no thinking I accepted it, I was with my wife and our 2 little daughters 8 and 4 yo. She brought the bottle of "Smeraldina" a Sardinian renamed water, We start to drink the water and all of us had already drunk half glass of water, when I decided to check the bottle, it seems strange the waitress had brought it half opened, I thought it maybe was a courtesy of her. When I turn the bottle I saw many pieces of something turning inside, there was even a small piece of something black turning inside, really DISGUSTING!!!! I called the waitress and ask her, she told me "I don't know, I have just arrived to work". We get up and go, I had no courage to prove anything else, If they are able to do this kind of mean thing, I could no immagine what they would be able to do with the food! Dining at this restaurant was one of the biggest disappointments we experienced in Olbia. Staff looked bored and annoyed, the portions were so small (4 pieces of average tasting tortelloni, for which we were charged 19 euros instead of 17 which is the price stated in the menu - we realised too late to complain - is just plain ridiculous) we had to get extra food afterwards and we have never eaten calamari so pale and tasteless (being from a country close to Adriatic see, having eaten calamari almost every summer, the calamari served in Terra Nostra just tasted like rubber to me and I was left a bit in shock). Also there was a very strong odour of cleaning product coming from the toilette area which got stuck in our throats, making it hard to breathe, so we ended up coughing and just had to leave immediately as this ended up a cherry on top of a terrible...
