Pizzamania — Restaurant in Olbia

Ich bin seit drei Jahren Stammkunde dieser kleinen, familiengeführten Pizzeria – und das aus gutem Grund! Die Pizza ist einfach köstlich, mit einer großen Auswahl an Belägen für jeden Geschmack. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es hier auch die besten French Fries weit und breit. Der Salat ist stets frisch und schmeckt so, wie ein Salat schmecken sollte – knackig, leicht und einfach lecker.

Was mich besonders beeindruckt: Das ist die einzige Pizzeria, die ich kenne, in der die Auberginen auf der Pizza geschält werden – ein kleines Detail, das für mich einen großen Unterschied macht. Man merkt einfach, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt in jedem Gericht steckt.

Der Mann des Hauses steht selbst am Ofen und zaubert jede Pizza mit Leidenschaft. Seine Frau ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam – sie muss dich nur ein einziges Mal bedienen und erinnert sich beim nächsten Besuch genau daran, wie du deine Pizza magst, ob du Käse willst oder nicht, und ob du dein Wasser lieber kalt oder zimmerwarm trinkst. Auch ihr Sohn hilft mit – er kümmert sich um Online-Telefon Bestellungen und Lieferungen und ist ebenfalls sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend.

Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse, und obwohl die Einrichtung eher schlicht ist, kann man dort wunderbar das schöne Wetter genießen. Die Preise sind sehr günstig, die Qualität der Speisen hervorragend.

Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt keine Kundentoilette. Allerdings kann man problemlos die Toilette in einer nahegelegenen Bar benutzen – nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Ich empfehle diese Pizzeria jedem, der in Olbia ist. Ein echter Geheimtipp mit Herz und Geschmack!

I’ve been a regular customer at this small, family-run pizzeria for three years now – and for good reason! The pizza is simply delicious, with a wide variety of toppings to suit every taste. In my opinion, they also serve the best French fries around. The salad is always fresh and tastes just like a salad should – crisp, light, and simply delicious.

What impresses me most: this is the only pizzeria I know where the eggplants on the pizza are peeled – a small detail that makes a big difference for me. You can really tell how much love and care goes into every dish.

The man of the house works the oven himself and creates every pizza with passion. His wife is incredibly friendly and attentive – she only needs to serve you once and will remember exactly how you like your pizza the next time you visit, whether you want cheese or not, and if you prefer your water cold or at room temperature. Their son also helps out – he handles online and phone orders as well as deliveries, and he’s just as friendly and courteous.

There’s a small terrace, and although the interior is quite simple, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy the nice weather. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the food is excellent.

Only one small downside: there’s no customer restroom. However, it’s easy to use the facilities at a nearby bar – just a few steps away.

I recommend this pizzeria to anyone visiting Olbia. A true hidden gem with...

This has been the best pizza I had in all of Olbia. You can taste the freshness in the products but must important the pizza has a crunch all the way thru ( not like most restaurants that get soggy as you add different topping ) I am from New Jersey so I am picky about my pizza!! The wood oven gives it the perfect chard flavor ( not burn) not too heavy on the tomato sauce so all the flavors are there. List do yourself a favor and try this place it will not disappoint you will thank yourself for going!! I will say if you go too early you might have to sit on the side with the sun hitting you and it seems like the street doesn’t get any cool wind so I will say go when the sun is almost down( as you see my only negative was about the heat( spoiled...

We came espacially to Pizzamania in Olbia because we remembered that there we had already years ago the best Pizza at our hole journey in sardina !

So again we got happy and fully satisfied with the different variations ( Pizza tirolese with bresaola 😋☺️ our favorite) and the quick and friendly service! Very encouraged and heartfull couple taking care for everyone's best.
