Gelateria Giotto — Restaurant in Padua

My partner's family are from Padova so I've really enjoyed trying out the various gelaterias in Padova. This is really up there with my favourite, the creaminess is so lush and the flavour intensity is off the chart! At Christmas time they do all kinds of wonderful non-traditional panettones too. We had a coffee & chocolate one at home which was undescribably divine, but there were so many other intriguing flavours - mandarin ginger jasmine? peach apricot lavender? What wonderful planet...

A must-visit in Padua! This gelateria instantly became a family favorite with its huge variety of flavors and unbeatable quality – better than many we’ve tried from Sicily to Alto Adige.

The staff were warm and welcoming, patiently explaining each flavor from their four categories. Every single one we tasted (and there were plenty!) was outstanding – from the zesty lemon sorbet and juicy peach to the richest pistachio and decadent chocolate.

Honestly, you can’t go wrong here. Can’t wait...

This place has the best ice cream that I ever tasted. Honestly, I do not exaggerate. It is extraordinarily delicious. The flavours are very deep and intense.
