Excellent kitchen! On the day I visited there was some problem so the opening time was delayed at 13:30, which meant I need to wait for almost one hour, I did and all this time is worth the waiting. They really have and know how to process seafoods: The prawn/lobster (?) are really SWEET and full of umami flavour, the oyster is not fishy at all, it was just creamy and soft with a hint of saltiness. The catch of day is a kind of white fish (cod?not sure): high quality, nice texture, beautiful smell, although I didn't like the sauce, just too heavy for the fish which already has a lot of fat under the skin. And the taro also had a scary texture...slimy and cranchy, just not my fav texsure of taro:// As dessert I had cooked green apple stuffed with cheese surrounded by mix of sugar nut crunches, also delightful 🙂. The service is also great, I traveled alone so I asked the waitress whether it's possible to just order some of the raw seafoods and she did it for me-- big thanks! So happy that I didn't miss the delicious sashimi! They are attentive and personalize the service for everyone and always make sure everything is fine. Not the cheapest restaurant but the high food quality and wonderful taste will make you convinced:) My absolute highlight in Padua. ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ 4.5 Stars-Highly recommend! Read moreAn intriguing seafood-centric restaurant in Padua with a well-curated wine selection. The flavors struck a nice balance—creative yet comfortably familiar. There are contemporary variations of conventional foods such as mayonnaise made out of pythoplankton. Every dish was fresh and made to order, showcasing a clear attention to quality. I particularly enjoyed the red shrimps (presumably harvested from the Adriatic) and the scampi, both served unshelled and as part of a mixed seafood platter. Interestingly, the breads didn’t seem freshly baked, which stood out slightly against the otherwise high standards. The wine house spirit is evident in the details too—like the walls, thoughtfully lined with wine corks, adding character and charm to the space. While the restaurant is recommended in the Michelin Guide, it hasn’t been awarded a star. Prices are not cheap and on par with starred restaurants. Still, I’d happily return. Finally, make sure you have a reservation due to...

The wait staff is kind. The food is also great.
Crudo seafood of the day. The seafood is fresh and super sweet. Drizzled those with extra virgin olive oil and a pitch of sale, very simple but showcasing how good the seafood is very well. Mixed battered seafood, again great seafood, very crispy. What surprise me is they also serve fish, I don’t see that often. This comes with horseradish mayo which is perfect. Though, I’d love to see a lemon wedge (to add a bit more acid). Mussel and rosemary, very simple and straightforward. Tiramisu, very good. It’s almost like a soft browny with a hint of coffee than tiramisu Mango something, i dont remember exact but there’s mango, coconut. Overall, very refreshing and great to end the meal.
Overall, great experience and would love to come back again to try...
