Sushi House — Restaurant in Padua

They don't control the greenpass.

We came with our parents to have sushi for lunch, with the expectation of this place would be following the rules from the government. We did a reservation and immediately had a seat for 4 of us. We were sitting down and been ready to order but we wanted to make sure they controlled the greenpass that supposed to be controlled at the entrance. After 10 minutes As another waiter came, we asked ‘do you control the greenpass?’ And he just said ‘ah si si’ but without doing anything and continue said ‘va bene va bene’. After couple of minutes, for the second time, our mother asked ‘do you really controlling the greenpass?’ And this poor guy didn’t say anything and remained silent. With all the expectations we had of this place, we finally decided to leave and went somewhere else. They didn’t even say anything near the exit. What a pity that this place can not follow the rule and can’t secure it’s customer safety.

Reply : Dear Sushi House, if the safety measure and health check has been done, then i would not have been wasting my time to write you a review. I told the truth and you should too. Even at the second we stepped in your property, there was no temperature check and no greenpass asked, AT ALL. Without the check we would not have been able to sit down? We even put our stuff down at our table that was in front room of the restaurant, central, near against the wall and furthermore, 2 of us even went to the restroom and came back and already selected few of your menus. It's a pity because the food is good but I hope you guys put attention and do what it takes and...

We did the AYCE for lunch and paid €20 in total. I definitely felt like I got my money’s worth. I was impressed by the number of options, and some of them were very interesting and unique. The quality was fantastic, the dishes were plated nicely, and the food came out quickly despite the restaurant being very busy. Everything was delicious!!

A few things to note: you’re only allowed 2 rounds of ordering. Also, the portion size of the takoyaki is very unclear from the menu — it came with only 2 pieces, then we couldn’t order more because they had run out for the day. A couple things that we ordered also never came, and by the time we notified the waitress, the kitchen was closed. It was disappointing, but this kind of thing happens sometimes, and it wasn’t a big deal… Next time I think I will just double check immediately that the entire order was put in correctly. Wonderful place and service . The varaity of food , the quality of sushi makes it easily the best in Padova for sushi . All you can eat prices are more than acceptable for the quantity of food , the quality and the wide selection of wonderful flavors . The bathroom is so clean and always on point , it smells so good , you feel safe and sure that the kitchen is going to be good too . This makes it one of the best restaurants in padoca . The staff is very helpful and helps you with everything . One of the best things is them being always updated with the health rules . They directly asked for our greenpass and covid vaccinations to be seated . It goes to show , that this buisness takes the health of it's own clients seriously .
