Straight 5 stars. The food and wine were spectacular but so were the lovely staff that truly brought my last dinner in Venezia to a 12/10 experience. From a wonderful wine recommendation to a peak of the canal from the dock this was truly phenomenal. (Also, seemingly less expensive than dinner on the squares, but far better food and experience!)

J’ai essayé les meilleurs restaurants de Venise en cherchant sur Google, et la Palazzina Grassi n’en fesait même pas parti, j’ai réservé car c’était à côté du concert Vivaldi. Et j’ai était époustouflé! C’est le meilleur dîner que j’ai eu à Venise et l’un des meilleurs que j’ai eu de ma vie. Avec ma fiancée nous avons pris une entrée, 2 plat et un dessert. Tout était excellent! Le chef Fabio vous régale les papilles dans un cadre luxueux mais chaleureux. Nous étions installé sur un canapé avec vu sur le grand canal, et Michael et Ricardo nos hôtes, nous ont servis comme si nous étions de la royauté, ils nous ont donné accès à la jetée qui est magnifique. La sélection de vins et excellente, avec des bouteilles abordable et parmi les 2% des meilleurs vins (merci Vivino pour m’aider à choisir mes bouteilles 😅).

Classy, elevated experience with impeccable service. Marco, Ricardo, Filipo and the entire teeam provided exceptional service every time we had dinner there.

Bollinger and a superb Amarone by the glass, a juicy, tender and crispy skinned Patanegra pork entree and an unusual and memorable mille fogilie. What mlre could one ask for?
