Because of all the good reviews we decided to eat here but we were very disappointed. The waiter kept us waiting for at least 5 minutes before seating us even though he made eye contact several times (just a: I will be with you in a minute would have been nice). We asked ChatGPT for a low key non touristy restaurant in Palermo. This neighborhood gem pop up and the owner Biondo was awesome. This place felt like you were invited to a traditional Italian sunder dinner. Everything tasted straight from the farm. Beautiful and sweet vegetables plus the pasta was cooked perfectly.
