Late night and wanted pizza. Place was packed. Had high hopes. The pizza was good but soggy in middle. Some may prefer it this way. Crust was very puffy. Had only Italian menus in the restaurant but later learned there was English menu online. They actually have multiple menus: pizza, dinner, dessert. They were able to accommodate a group of 6 as a walk in which was a very nice benefit for us. The place is very big, indoor dining on multiple floors with spacious outdoor seating.

We got a Buffalo margarita and the house specialty yellow tomato pie. The tomato pie had no cheese which was not as expected (waitress never told us, and since we couldn’t fully read the menu description, we didn’t realize).

Like many establishments in Italy, especially Parma, service is exceedingly slow. This is probably a lifestyle behavior so that people can casually enjoy their meal. But when you are hungry, and it is late, and you have a big group, people can get restless.

We tried their lemon dessert and tiramisu. The lemon dessert had nice cake and cream with lemon zest. The tiramisu was all rich cream with very little in lady fingers and...

I usually never leave a bad review, but this experience was too disrespectful to ignore.

After being seated outdoors for a party of two, we waited 15 minutes without receiving a menu or any attention from the waitstaff, despite them passing by us multiple times. They ignored our attempts to get their attention, and what appeared to be the manager was even filling water bottles in front of us, completely disregarding us.

When I went inside to ask if we should perhaps order at the counter, I was rudely told to ‘be patient’ by a waiter who was just wandering in the alley.

When two groups who arrived after us were served while we were still waiting, it was the last straw, and we decided to leave.

We were at your restaurant on Friday, 21.07., after midnight, we ordered bruschetta and french fries, along with beer. We got 1 overcooked bruscetta for 4 euros, and comical amount of french fries, not even half a portion, and they costed 4 or 5 euros. All in all, the food was not good, and we were offended by the portion size, especcialy when they are that expensive. I dont know which algorithm you are using to determine if we were at your restaurant or not, but we were there, and I am sorry that i didnt take a picture of the food, but to pay 4 euros for one burnt piece of bread is...

Pizza in foto: patanella.
