🍷 Relaxed Aperitivo at Zinelli Bistro 🍸 We stopped by Zinelli Bistro for an aperitivo and had a pleasant time. The Lambrusco was served in true Parma style—light, fizzy, and refreshing. We also tried a Milano Torino cocktail, which was well-balanced and classic. Both drinks came with a generous plate of snacks, a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel complete.

The service was friendly, though the student staff seemed a bit inexperienced. With a little more polish, the overall impression could have been even better. That said, the casual vibe and the convenience of being just off the street make Zinelli a nice spot to unwind.

I love Italy and have great memories with it, but my visit to this restaurant on Tuesday definitely shook my convictions. The food wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. It was difficult to communicate. I don't speak Italian either. But the way the service is below any level was 5 of us, one order forgot. After two pleas, he was finally brought without apology. È la prima recensione negativa da local guide. Da premettere erano le 13.20 e faceva molto caldo. Ero in compagnia del mio fidanzato e abbiamo deciso di fermarci per fare un aperitivo. Il posto era mediamente affollato con alcuni tavoli liberi di cui uno all'ombra e un altro parzialmente. Ci siamo avvicinati per chiedere di poterci sedere. Il cameriere ci ha chiesto se avessimo voluto pranzare e abbiamo risposto che avremmo voluto fare un aperitivo. Lui ci ha invitato a sederci nei posti al sole con 36°, noi ovviamente abbiamo chiesto di sederci nel posto all'ombra mentre lui ha preferito darci quello parzialmente all'ombra perché non avremmo pranzato. Ad un certo punto arriva (immagino) il titolare che ci chiede se avessimo voluto pranzare (nuovamente) al che il cameriere risponde per noi che avremmo fatto un aperitivo, quindi il titolare, stizzito, girandosi dall'altra parte, ha esclamato: 'Un aperitivo?!Mah... Alle 13.20 non facciamo gli aperitivi' Quindi ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati in quanto affianco a noi c'era un commensale a fare 'rullo di tamburi' un aperitivo. Assurdo, forse che loro avrebbero preferito spendessimo di più per l'utilizzo del tavolo all'ombra? Cmq in un locale serio non ci dovrebbero essere questi comportamenti, soprattutto perché eravamo già seduti....
