Amorino Gelato - Pisa — Restaurant in Pisa

Sadly I can’t rate ZERO stars. We used to stop to this ice cream chain because ice cream is pricey but homemade and so tasty but from today we won’t use them anymore. Before us a girl asked a small (piccolo) cone and the sales girl started to yelling at her, saying it was only for children. So at this point we said that there is already a cone for children (BIMBO), you can clearly see on the photo I attached here. At this point the sales girl (you can see her in the attached photo as well) with a VERY aggressive tone, she started to say that BIMBO (child) cone is for children up to 5yo while PICCOLO (small) cone is for children up to 12yo, above this age you must take only the normal size which is pretty big. But where the hell is written this?! And, most important, who gave this girl the right to talk this way to the customers? Also, after this girl before us went the sales girl continued to yell also at us with angry impolite tone, saying more than one time: “these are our rules, you don’t like go somewhere else!” And “There are many ice cream shops in Pisa, go there!”. So ok, we will kindly follow her “advice” but I sincerely hope that ownership will take serious actions against...

Way better than anything I’ve had in London. This is what real gelato tastes like. As someone living in London, where good gelato is super rare, this was a big upgrade.

The best flavour is the hazelnut one super creamy, rich, and full of real nutty flavour. You can actually taste the hazelnuts — not that fake sweet stuff you sometimes get. It felt smooth and natural.

Also, the girl behind the counter is super kind and helpful. You could tell they really cared about the gelato and made the experience even better! Especially with the crazy...

On the way to the tower along the most touristic road in Pisa you will surely find this shop. We ordered two ice creams with my husband and we were both satisfied. The flavors were good and distinguishable. She made a nice flower shape for me and I do appreciate that. The lady who served us was so friendly and smiling. The prices were clearly indicated on the board. It was a bit expensive, 4,3 euros each, but I do understand that the location...
