This place serves the absolute best Carbonara I have ever had! Each bite took me on a flavor journey like no other - the creamy sauce, perfectly cooked pasta, and generous amounts of pancetta harmonized in a symphony of tastes that left me wanting more. The quality of ingredients used is unquestionable, each contributing to an amazing dining experience that is both authentic and unique. Sono andata a cena con un mio amico in questo locale ed abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di 15€ per due persone ( il tagliere in questione è il Toscano). Le ordinazioni si effettuano solo al bancone (non c'è nessuno che viene al tavolo a prenderle) e i tempi di attesa sono stati biblici, 50 minuti di attesa per il tagliere e al locale c'erano soltanto 8 clienti. Una volta arrivato il tagliere abbiamo notato che non era quello che avevamo ordinato ( mancavano tre componenti che erano elencate nel menù) quando abbiamo chiesto delucidazioni alla cameriera lei ha risposto che le erano finiti questi ingredienti e in sostituzione ha messo un po' d'olive e aveva aggiunto, a detta sua, qualche fetta in più di salumi. Una cosa che ha infastidito molto me e il mio commensale è stato il fatto di aver deciso di testa propria senza chiederci nulla e senza dire nulla quando lo ha portato al tavolo, inoltre nel tavolo accanto è arrivato un'altro tagliere da 10€ ed aveva lo stesso contenuto del nostro ( altro che qualche affettato in più per sostituire alla mancanza degli altri ingredienti). Comunque gli affettati erano di buona qualità ma di varietà limita (un solo tipo di formaggio). Inoltre abbiamo pagato 2€ di coperto a testa che a mio avviso sono stati ingiustificati visto che il servizio è stato quasi pari a zero e le ordinazioni si facevano anche dentro al bancone. Probabilmente mi aspettavo qualcosa di più da questo locale da come si presentava e magari è per questo che ne sono rimasta abbastanza delusa, ci sono locali sicuramente migliori di...

We came here having seen the good reviews, and the fact that the staff were cooking food in the reception was a nice touch. We ordered two pizzas and two glasses of wine at a very affordable price. However, the pizzas did appear to come from a separate restaurant and the food took more than 45 minutes to arrive. The pizzas were good, but it would be nice to know that they were sourced from a different location - and we would have appreciated some sort of acknowledgement about the longer...
