The lady at the front was very rude, we got there around 3:00 pm and we were just grabbing a takeout pizza, after grabbing the pizza we realized we had a lot of time left till our train back to our hotel and when this happened we asked if we could sit in their dinning room since it was empty and we had a lot of time. When I asked her she responded with “are you serious?” In a very rude and condescending tone and then when I proceeded to say yes she said their dinning room is closed. I completely understand them not wanting to seat us for a takeout order but the tone and attitude which she spoke with was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. For the ok food and the lack of polite service there are plenty better restraints in the area. Please also take a look at the negative responses by the owner to other negative reviews, save your money and your time and go somewhere else.
Update: Please take a look at the owner’s response and the several other negative reviews and the owner’s response to those reviews as well. Every small business should be supported but when a small business owner takes the time out of their day to respond to constructive criticism to call a customer stupid or dumb it’s clear their not running a business that’s worth your...
Read moreTourist trap!!! BEWARE!!! Tomato sauce on the pizza taste canned, they forgot the meat on the pizza we ordered, and the toppings in the center of our calzone were cold. I've had better in the states which is sad since its so close to Naples. We parked in their parking lot since it was close to the Pompeii entrance and they informed us it was free parking if we ate lunch there (other wise parking is 3Euro/hour). Coperto (cover charge) is 3Euro/person, no bread/olive oil was served, crappy pizza was 12Euro, AND they failed to inform us that each of us had to order our own plate (we normally liked to split a pizza for lunch to be hungry for dinner). Our waiter was SUPER rude about it, even raised his voice at us when we mentioned they did not give us this detail when we first parked with them and told us "its your problem". I mean you kind of know its a tourist trap being so close to Pompeii so just know going in what to expect. Oh, also, another review mentioned they did not have a credit card machine. Actually they do but they pretended not to know how it worked but eventually after we told them multiple times we did not have cash it magically...
Read moreWe parked here and the attendant was very polite and it’s a nice parking. When we got back we wanted to eat something and decided to go back to the parking because the restaurant in the parking said you could get an hour off and we were tired so we went back. When we got to the restaurant we were tired and hungry and needed to use the restroom. So we asked for a menu. The girl at the counter seemed frustrated and was rude as she said “The menu is there!” And pushed a small sign toward us. I then asked if I can use the bathroom and she hesitated. I said “we are parked here and May eat at your restaurant,” she had such a bad attitude. And said “ok fine”. When we came out muy husband felt it was too expensive and decided to go elsewhere. The girl started to accuse us of doing wrong and that we hv to pay for bathroom and etc so we paid for the bathroom that wasn’t a problem but her attitude was awful. Also sge claimed restaurant was separate but they would didcount an hour if you ate there. So how are they separate. But it was all the horrible attitude. Beware and make sure you ask where are other bathrooms or you will...
