Wow! Where do I even begin? My experience at this pizza bar was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the incredible ambiance. The decor is simply stunning, with a perfect balance of cozy lighting and lush greenery that instantly transports you to a tranquil oasis. And let's talk about the music – it's like they've curated the soundtrack to relaxation heaven!

Now, let's get to the best part – the service. It was impeccable! Our waiter went above and beyond to ensure we had the most delightful dining experience. Not only was the menu beautifully presented and easy to understand (bonus points for English translations!), but our waiter's recommendations were spot-on. Trust me, you'll want to follow their suggestions!

As for the food – oh my goodness, where do I even begin? The Basilico Aperitivo was a revelation – so refreshing and perfectly complemented my pizza choice. And speaking of pizza, the Pizza La Meravigliosa truly lives up to its name. It's a masterpiece of flavors and textures that you won't find anywhere else. And let's not forget about the Mortazza (Burrata and Pistachio) pizza – the freshness of the ingredients combined with the delicate balance of flavors left me speechless.

Location simpatica, moderna , insolita, sfiziosa , che lascia spazio a future nuove migliorie . Personale gentile . Ho provato la pizza del locale, la berc. Ho assecondato la proposta del personale di provare l'impasto tradizionale. Il condimento è spaziale,con salti di sapori intriganti. L'impasto ,quello tradizionale ,nella parte bordo e verso il centro ha un gusto ottimo, peccato invece che la parte centrale era inzuppata (effetto cartone bagnato) ,forse dell'acqua del formaggio colato al centro, e risulta poco piacevole al palato e difficile da gestire per mangiarla. Ci tornerò per provare gli altri due impasti. Lodevolissima la proposta dei tre impasti, veramente complimenti. L'impasto tradizionale a me risulta di difficile digeribilità e solitamente non lo scelgo e non vado nelle pizzerie che non propongono l'impasto con farine integrali. Da sottolineare l'eccellenza dell'utilizzo delle farine locali prodotte da un mulino Romagnolo, che produce solo farine e paste di altissima qualità. Utilizzo ,per le mie preparazioni,sempre quelle farine soprattutto le farine integrali con risultati sempre gustosissimi. Proverò sicuramente quello integrale che solitamente digerisco velocemente questo poi viene realizzato le farine integrali che ben conosco . Ottima la birra proposta,bionda leggera, non copre i sapori della pizza e l'accompagna affiancandosi. La location spettacolare, mangiando fuori, le pareti che separano dal passaggio sono in vetro e permettono di godere delle architetture locali fra cui i due palazzi che si presentano su due lati completi opposti della piazza. Palazzo Rasponi delle Teste a destra dal locale, di cui si gode la vista della facciata principale, imponente e affascinante e Palazzo Rasponi-Murat al lato opposto che mostra il fianco. Palazzo Rasponi delle Teste è un edificio spettacolare, da visitare, di 5000 mq., voluto dai fratelli Giovanni ( Papa ) e Giuseppe Rasponi fra il 600 e il 700. La piazza , era , in origine , il parco del Palazzo Rasponi delle Teste , poi divenuto parcheggio, poi diventato parco pubblico ma con un un'intervento che non ha nessun richiamo apparente al giardino originale ne alle architetture e alle essenze dei parchi e giardini dei Palazzi del Ravennate. Ma non risulta fastidioso e fa da sfondo alla vista della piazza dal locale. Il locale è stato realizzato all'interno di locali dove anticamente vi erano edifici facenti parte della proprietà del Palazzo Rasponi delle Teste , poi ricostruiti in varie epoche con interventi realizzati in stili e misure diverse , contrastanti e non armoniosi . La vista di insieme risulta oggi fastidiosa , ma non è visibile dal locale. Precedentemente nei locali c'era un ricambista di pezzi di motociclette, dove gli appassionati, come me,hanno trascorso ,parte della propria adolescenza , e "il ciclista" allora punto di riferimento per i ciclisti Ravennati , che vendeva biciclette componenti e accessori e riparava...

Though I know that it is early for Itslyan standards I arrived 15min after the published opening time at the restaurant. The staff was visibly surprised and told that the kitchen wasn’t ready yet. I meant to have an aperitivo beforehand anyways and was okay to wait. Meanwhile the lights were switched on and off in different modestill the staff apparently had found the right lighting. I found this a bit annoying. Working in hospitality myself I found the staff unprofessional in regard to standing at the bar in a team of three chatting and watching me from a distance. I have travelled around 126 countries and akways eat by myself but this seemed to cause them irritation.
