From the moment my wife and I entered Grinder Coffee Lab, we felt embraced by the warm and friendly atmosphere. It's still relatively rare to find the hipster style of coffee shop in Italy, so good to find this one. Pleasant open relaxed space. However, they can't make a flat white. Questo negozio era totalmente razzista, c'era una lunga coda e i locali a caso potevano entrare, non c'era ordine, a quanto pare la città accoglie solo i locali, non i turisti.

Se stai dicendo che queste sono informazioni false, mi dispiace ma ti sbagli. Io sono venuta con i miei compagni di Ravenna il 26 gennaio di quest'anno, eravamo in sette e un professore, e siccome c'erano dei "locali" in quel momento, non mi sono sentita trattata male o altro.

Così questa volta ho raccomandato di nuovo il mio amico e siamo venuti qui insieme, questa mattina eravamo in sei.

In primo luogo, nella coda per il caffè abbiamo aspettato per circa 5-7 minuti e una delle commesse continuava a dirmi: "Per favore, aspettate". Poi tutti si sono messi a fare i loro affari, c'era chi non sapeva cosa stava facendo e c'era un commesso che continuava a sbagliare, ma va bene così, forse è la vostra specialità qui, far finta di essere occupati. Così ho accettato prontamente e ho detto ok, aspetteremo qui, ma proprio mentre ero in coda, all'improvviso è arrivata dietro di me una coppia di mezza età, che non aveva nulla di male, e la commessa ha chiesto loro di mettersi davanti a noi per saldare il conto. Ho chiesto scusa, eravamo in coda e la signora ha detto di no, lasciate che facciano il check-out prima. Riteniamo che l'atteggiamento sia stato così negativo che nessuno ci ha salutato per tutto il tempo, nemmeno un "buongiorno".
