Just the sort of place I like: unpretentious decor, easygoing service, and excellent traditional Roman cuisine. I had the gricia, which was great. Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei senza esitazione. Credo che questo posto sia un insulto bello pesante alla cucina romana.

Cibo indecente, credo di aver preso una carbonara, credo perché la pancetta era quasi assente, l'uovo era liquido e annacquato, la pasta era evidentemente cotta troppo, nel tentativo di migliorare il piatto è stato aggiunto troppo formaggio e troppo pepe. L'amatriciana, un altro orrore, sugo era praticamente acqua colorata, e anche qui il guanciale quasi inesistente (letteralmente due miseri pezzi contati). Il secondo (le polpette al sugo) era mediocre, stesso discorso del sugo dell'amatriciana, letteralmente acqua e le polpette erano troppo molli.

Servizio pessimo, imbarazzante, per niente accogliente, disinteressato e scocciato. Il proprietario voleva evidentemente metterci fretta nel mangiare, mancava solo che dopo le svariate occhiatacce e il cibo orrendo, ci chiedessero di andarcene.

Ambiente veramente piccolo, non mi è piaciuto per niente, ma forse è l'unico aspetto che in minima parte si salva (forse).

In conclusione, un'esperienza pessima, io non capisco come ci siano recensioni da 5 stelle, assolutamente non coerenti con tutto ciò che "offre" il posto. Per non parlare del rapporto qualità-prezzo. Prezzi elevati per piatti che non valgono nemmeno un euro. Indecente. Non andateci mai, nemmeno se è l'ultimo posto aperto in cui...
