We had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at this restaurant. While we were queuing patiently to order pizza, a woman suddenly cut in front of us without any explanation. When we questioned what was happening, the staff only kept saying “one second, one second” without clarifying the situation.

The woman simply claimed she was here first, without offering any reason or proof. Only after we expressed our frustration did she say she had gone to the bathroom and had just returned — something she could and should have explained earlier. Her tone was rude, and to make matters worse, the staff never attempted to support or clarify anything for us.

We felt completely disrespected and believe this behavior would not have occurred if we were not Asian tourists. This experience made us feel we were being treated unfairly due to our race, which is unacceptable in any service setting.

We are sharing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the restaurant will reflect on how they treat their customers and ensure fair and respectful service...

Super thin crust and freaking delicious! This is my kind of pizza 🍕 place!

I speak zero Italian but was helped with zero issue.

You pick a pizza. They point to the size with a knife 🔪. You want bigger just gesture bigger or say more. They weigh it!!!! Are you kidding?!?! How amazing!!!

A square slice of pizza 🍕 and a 660 mL bottle of beer was under 5 euros 💶!

Taste was very flavorful. I thought it would be reheated and dry but was the opposite, great and crunchy!

I recommend the pizza 🍕 that looks like a Hawaiian. But instead of pineapple 🍍 it was a type of potato 🥔 with bacon 🥓! Pineapple 🍍 on pizza is apparently a crime here. Don't ask.

For beer get the large blondA in my picture 😎. Hahaha. Sound...
