A little gem in San Giovanni. We were on holiday and found this place on accident. Have visited multiple times ever since. Reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and great drinks. They also have probably the best toilets that we have found in the restaurant’s of Rome.

V Římě jsme strávili čtyři večery a tři krát zakončili zde. Tak jak nás nadchnul Řím, to samé se stalo tady. Kousek od našeho ubytka Jazz Style, pár metrů od ruchu velkoměsta na vás lehne klídek a pohoda. Přes naší jazykovou bariéru se obsluha snažila co mohla a vždy úspěšně. Nejsem vinař, ale neodolal jsem a doporučené víno bylo neskutečné. Velké díky za toto místo a pohodu.

I came back every day of my trip. I was tired, stressed and overheated on my arrival day, debating where to eat and finally just walked in to Bistrot Enoteca. A kind gentleman quickly brought me a refreshing drink and I dropped into a chair. After my first meal, it became my favourite place to eat in Rome. Welcoming people, delicious food and reasonable prices, it was perfect.

Just a few minutes walk from the epic Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano. Everything was delicious and the staff were great. I tried several things on the menu and was always delighted. Sometimes I sat quietly looking at photos of my day, and other times I had a chance to chat with the friendly staff. It was comfort food in a friendly environment. One day I had a random friendly exchange with other tourists from Brazil. No mutual languages, just words not understood but hand signals and laughter. One of my favourite memories in this...
