I’m here from Us , I live in Rome almost 6 months with my kids . I was every day here with my kids taking a table for my family for 6 people including my nanny . The staff is the best and this location gelato wish even better then other locations of Romana . NOW I got surprised that its two weeks already this location has broken air conditioning and every time I have let my kids to sit on the floor outside because I can not take them other replaces as we eat all organic . And I can see the staff with no color in their faces Almost passing out because their were not air to breath inside . It’s something impossible whatever the staff is going through and we really feel sorry for them and not legal .
This kind of problems is better to close the location until the problem is solved . We just surprised again how this kind of company that looked like very professional can stay with no solution something like air conditioning.
Ps. They have even broken Mushine for Carmel and it’s more the two months not solved again . Now is everything 5 star
New Management, even better , everything is perfect , the shop is so...
