Caffe Roma — Restaurant in Rome

I went here to order an Orange juice. I ordered in English with the man behind the counter. He told me to pay with the lady. She heard Orsnge juice and that is what I paid for. Meanwhile the man had made me a omegranate juice and got furious at me when I pointed out the mistake, claiming this is not what I ordered. He demonstrated his anger very clearly during the rest of the making process as he made me an orange juice. I have never experienced such a rudeness from anybody in the service industry before, and worst of all it was his mistake, not mine. The receipt clearly states what I ordered.

The orange juice was good, but you can't really make a mistake putting fresh oranges in a machine as long as the oranges are fresh,...

I was around the Minister of Health building doing some paper work, I had to come to the shopping centre to copy some papers. It was very early morning I saw this place and I decided to have breakfast. Was very popular all the tables were occupied.

The prices were fair if you work near by you receive an extra discount.

I had some fresh orange juice , a chocolate croissant and coffee.

Service was a bit disorganised but I think they were busy that is why they made a mistake...

Purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione negativa per un episodio che mi ha lasciata molto delusa. Durante una recente visita al locale, mio figlio ha semplicemente chiesto un bicchiere d’acqua. È rimasto in attesa per cinque minuti buoni, completamente ignorato dalla barista, nonostante fosse evidente che stesse aspettando qualcosa.

Dopo aver assistito alla scena, mi sono alzata e ho acquistato una bottiglia d’acqua. Al momento del pagamento ho chiesto al cassiere se davvero si può negare un bicchiere d’acqua a un bambino, soprattutto considerando che avevamo già effettuato un consumo nel locale.

Capisco che possano esserci momenti di confusione o picchi di lavoro, ma l’indifferenza totale verso un bambino che chiede solo un bicchiere d’acqua è difficile da giustificare. Un po’ più di attenzione e sensibilità avrebbe sicuramente fatto...
