The best pizza experience in Rome (for tourists like us). Pizza are continuously baked; different flavours each time. We had wanted to just sample but were tempted to keep on trying what came out of the oven every time. There were 5 of us, and to maximise our visit, our strategy was to try a slice of every flavour, and they were kind enough to cut each slide into bite sizes. They have 140+ different pizzas, and they split them into seasons (thankfully, otherwise we would be stuck there forever!) We lost count of how many flavours we sampled, but the best for us was the one with the seedless grapes. Never really thought of having grapes with pizza, but the freshness & juiciness of the grapes go really well with the walnuts, cheese & other ingredients. The best of it all, after so many slices we had (likely around 7-8 slices & a beer), the total came to only eur 20 or so! I'm humbled to be able to try such great local delicacies, made by people who are passionate about what they're doing and don't really care about commercialising it too much. If there's a must-visit pizza joint in Rome, this is it.

Best pizza I've ever had!!! The dough is leavened for 100 hours and it has the most delightful chew and texture. The toppings are also so creative...we tried a few: grapes with blue cheese and walnuts, mushrooms and a type of cheese, figs and ham, and an amazing lemon truffle cheese slice. But beyond the amazing food, I must tell you the owner is incredibly kind and generous. He was very friendly, took time to explain to us all the ingredients in English, and even surprised us with a few free samples. He also showed us where we can sit (there are some cool pull out tables in front of the counter) and just wanted us to have a great time. You can tell he has a lot of passion for his products and a heart for people and that translates to some amazing pizza! Thank you so much for such a delightful experience...our favorite pizza in Italy and anywhere!!!! Must go if you're in Rome and I will be recommending this to my friends who visit also. A treasure find!

Wow wow wow undoubtedly the best pizza in Roma- so much so we came twice! We sampled the wide selection of pizza toppings; my personal favourites were the Potato and sausage, the pecorino la grica pizza (still dreaming about this one) and the seasonal artichoke slice! The dough was light, airy and crispy and paired perfectly with the thoughtfully combined organic toppings and an ice cold Peroni (great beer selection). We mentioned we had a walnut allergy and the lovely owner went above and beyond; changing utensils, clean hands and reassuring us both which is always nice when you’re travelling! The owner was charismatic, funny and professional, allowing us to have plenty of small slices and making sure we had plenty of yummy toppings! He even pulled out a cute, little table for us and looked so happy when he saw us devouring the pizza! Definitely deserves more hype!!! Thank you and can’t wait to come again for more pizza!!

There are a lot of wonderful things to say about Casa Manco. Important things first: Very Tasty Pizza and Sandwiches! Outstanding and Friendly Service! Variety of flavors that everyone can appreciate! Caring and engaging owners and staff, who are very accommodating, and super hospitable! ...now the rest... As many others have said this will be some of the best pizza you will eat in Rome. Andrea and his wife take very special care of preparing fresh ingredients for all the toppings; arriving early in the morning to make sure everything is done just so to make the pizza awesome. There are many flavor and topping choices and they are happy to give you a tour of the options. The dough is allowed to develop for 4 days and creates the airy and crunchy crust. I was impressed by the quality of the crust. It offered exactly what you are looking for in a Roman pizza by the slice. I was pleasantly surprised with a couple additional offerings that you do not alway see in the standard Roman al Taglio Pizza. 1. Sesame Bread! We brought some home to my wife and she said, "That is the best bread I have ever had!" This is a very strong statement because we have had some really lovely bread all over the world. It had just the right amount of olive oil, sesame, bake, and love, to make it that good. 2. Pastrami Sandwich, we were able to have a little taste a very delicious sandwich. I am not sure it is fair to compare the pizza here with the pastrami sandwich, but the pickles, the wonderful bread, and mayo made truly one of the best bites I have had in a while. We probably tried 5 or 6 different flavors of the pizza. The kids approved everything as well: pizza, sandwich, and bead giving Casa Manco a 10/10 and asking when we...

Very comfy little shop in a quieter part of a small market in the southern areas of central Rome, a perfect stop on a walk down the canal. The pizza they serve is very affordable despite the fact that everything is expertly homemade.

The shop's strays a bit from traditional Italian pizza by being brave enough to introduce new flavor combinations I personally wouldn't have come to think of in a million years such as mushroom with hummus and peaches with ham.

Now if you are one of those who despises the very concept of "pineapple on pizza" they do have some more traditional styles as well but if you've never personally tried it before I would strongly recommend you at least try a little bit of the peach one.

The staff was an incredibly nice group of people speaking english very well who I had a nice little chat with about pizza making and traveling abroad. When I mentioned I had walked there from my hostel near Roma Termini they gave me a box of slices from the other pizza flavors I hadn't tried yet free of charge for me to take back to the hostel and eat later on

Everything about this place was perfect and any lover of food in Rome would be doing themselves a great disservice by not visiting at least once in their...

We were at the market and saw pizza Manco which looked really great and we decided to try it although it was pretty crowded. They were 10 people in front of me in the line and the service was really slow. We were waiting around 50 mins which I find too long for take away pizza which was already prepared and just had to be served on plates. When it was my turn I shown the pizza I wanted to buy and the owner/salesman asked if it is okay to give me the edge of the pizza where was no topping and I told it is OK! Then he asked it again and told I should sound more confident and then I mentioned that actually more from the middle part would be nice. And the he started to cut this pizza and give it for free to the crowd behind, showing me how wrong I was with my decision. That was soo weird! I was standing 50 mins to try your pizza and you make such a silly performance. Also, the guy behind me didn't take it and told he just really wants already to make his order. I took 3 different tastes, one closed cold one with mortadella was dry and i dint like it at all. The other 2 tastes with blue cheese and zucchini were very good. Price was really friendly, paid without drinks just 10 euro. All in all wouldn't return...
