Where Tradition Meets Flavor

This Pizzeria has long been a beloved staple in the neighborhood, and after finally giving it a try, I can see why. From the moment you walk in, the cozy, no-frills atmosphere invites you to kick back and enjoy a classic pizza experience. Whether you’re a local or a first-time visitor, Bella’s makes sure you feel at home.

Ambiance: Simple, Warm, and Welcoming

The vibe at this Pizzeria is laid-back and comfortable. The walls are adorned with charming vintage photos of Italy, adding a touch of old-world charm to the otherwise casual dining room. The lighting is warm, giving the place a welcoming glow, and the aromas wafting from the kitchen are enough to make your mouth water before you even sit down.

While the décor isn’t extravagant, it’s clear that doesn’t need to rely on flash to impress—it’s all about the food here. The casual atmosphere feels like a neighborhood gem, where you can relax with friends or family without worrying about being overly formal.

The Pizza: Deliciously Classic with a Twist

The main event, of course, is the pizza. offers a traditional menu with all the classics: Margherita, Pepperoni, Veggie, and more. But what really sets them apart is the quality of their ingredients and the careful preparation of each pie. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chew in the center, creating a satisfying balance of texture. It's not too doughy but not too crisp—just the ideal base for the toppings.

I opted for the "Special," a signature pizza loaded with fresh mozzarella, tangy tomato sauce, spicy Italian sausage, mushrooms, and a few dollops of rich ricotta. The flavors meld together beautifully, with the slight kick from the sausage balancing the creaminess of the ricotta and the savory depth of the mozzarella. Every bite felt like a perfect blend of flavors without one overpowering the other.

The sauce, made fresh daily, has a slight tanginess, and the generous use of fresh basil adds a fragrant pop of flavor. I also appreciated how they didn’t skimp on toppings—the mushrooms were earthy and tender, and the sausage was flavorful without being overly greasy. For those who prefer a bit more creativity, there are specialty pizzas like the "Fig & Prosciutto" or the "Truffle Mushroom," which I’ve heard rave reviews about and definitely plan to try next time.

Service: Friendly and Attentive

The staff are warm and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. Our server was quick...

CRITICA COSTRUTTIVA

5/5 - Amazing Pizza, Authentic Atmosphere!

Fornace Stella is an absolute gem . From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance set the perfect tone for the night. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and eager to make recommendations based on our preferences.

The pizzas were exceptional—crafted with a perfect balance of flavors and cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven. The dough was light and airy, with just the right amount of crispiness, and the fresh ingredients truly shone through. I especially loved their signature pizza, which was bursting with authentic Italian flavors. You can tell they use high-quality, local ingredients, and their passion for pizza-making is evident in every bite.

The wine list was also impressive, featuring a variety of local and regional selections that paired beautifully with our meal. Fornace Stella really captures the essence of traditional Italian dining while offering a modern twist on...

Amazing modern pizzeria, with incredible fried stuff and a pleasantly informal atmosphere. The "sphere with pulled pork" is truly phenomenal, a must-have if you go! The selection of pizzas is predominantly oriented towards personal reinterpretations of the classics, or pizzas that highlight Italian regional cuisines. Personally, I preferred the classic pizzas; the others had a bit too many flavors that didn't quite balance out well with each other. Overall, very good with the classics, and room for improvement with the others. They have fair prices. The staff is young and thus sometimes slightly clumsy, but we had a great time so I won't hold it against them! Recommended.

The pasta in 🇮🇹 is very thick and chewy and not what we are used to. Nonetheless. It’s damn yummy with the generous amount of cheese cooked in. We especially like the fried meat (cant recall whats the name) as it’s crunchy and full of taste. It blends with the cheesiness very well. The tiramisu we had for dessert is so soft and tastes real good. The restaurant is quite big with ample space between tables ensuring privacy. It looks very cosy and warm. The servers are excellent and very polite. We had a great time enjoying the delicious food. 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻
