This was our first pizza stop in Italy. I am so glad that it was! Great pizza and a great atmosphere. We had the 3 slice and a drink for 10 and the big slice and a drink for 6. Here is what we had: Mushroom, hot salami, sausage, potato. Each had an amazing unique flavor. The crust was excellent and paired well with their zesty, rich sauce. The guys in the kitchen are hilarious and they have a window with a table you can sit and watch the magic happen. The lady running the counter was delightful and very helpful. This team, on the day we went seemed like a well oiled machine that had a ton of fun working together and making great pizza! If you want a quick delicious bite, I suggest making this your stop on the way to the Colosseum or the Roman...

Trying Italian pizza in Rome was an unforgettable culinary experience. The crust was thin and perfectly crisp, with just the right amount of char from the wood-fired oven. We opted for a classic Margherita, and the simplicity of fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and fragrant basil made it an absolute delight. Each bite tasted so much fresher and more flavorful than anything we had tried before. The balance of ingredients was impeccable—nothing too heavy, just a perfect harmony of flavors. Dining al fresco in a charming Roman piazza while enjoying the pizza added to the magic of the experience. If you’re in Rome, trying pizza here is a must—it’s the real deal, and it brings a new level of appreciation for this...

You can take your meal out to sit on the steps and just watch the city go by, the guy running the place was super friendly and it's very reasonably priced. One notable thing though is that I got a slice of vegetarian lasagne and I'm not exaggerating when I say that it was like 80% mozzarella. At first I was so psyched when I saw how much cheese there was, but then it honestly got a little intimidating. My gf ordered the same and hers was pretty normal, a good bit of cheese but like in a positive way, nothing crazy you know? I don't know if it was just a fluke, a random occurrence or what, but like I was actually driven to write a review of it afterwards so make of that...

Not at all fancy but the food is delicious and the service was great. A very nice gent took my order, popped open my beer and after it was warmed up, brought over a huge piece of lasagna. The lasagna was delicious and nicely made, though I have to be honest. My wife's is better as she makes the bechamel and bolognese from scratch. Still, this was good. With the beer and a quiet place to sit for a bit, this was a lovely meal. A lot less expensive than many of the uppity restaurants nearby.

Update. We went at a later time and the experience wasn't as good. The food was still tasty and fairly priced. ----- What a great experience we had. If you want to stop for a quick bite this is the place to do it. We had the pizza with a drink and it was affordable and delicious. The staff was beyond friendly, I heard them speaking at least 3 languages (Italian, English and Spanish). We would definitely como back and try the pasta next time
