Hotel NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali — Hotel in Rome

Above and beyond both our expectations. I picked Fori Imperiali for my wife's 60th birthday trip based on the reviews/feedback of others. They spoke of the wonderful staff and its location. From the very first moment on our arrival, to the last seconds before leaving, each and every member of the team we met and interacted with shone with joy, care and interest for us and our needs. John, the very smart, charming and elegant doorman was a joy to meet. He made us so welcome and at ease, what a great first impression and ambassador for NH Collection he is. Francesca on guest relations and reception had been the member of staff I'd read most about in other peoples reviews. I can confirm all their positive feedback was 100% correct. Such a kind and helpful member of the team. She booked tickets for us to visit 3 of the major sites. We were able to avoid queues, have her ensure our bookings were accurate and gave us confidence in our plans. Always keen on our return to the Hotel, to enquire how our day, and visit had gone Breakfast was lovely, high quality, consistently well presented, fresh, tasty, accompanied by the always joyful efficient staff. On the second morning, the two ladies serving us had already remembered and recalled how we had our cereals, tea, coffee, warm milk, cold milk etc from the day before. Heather's birthday was marked by the Hotel in several lovely ways. On our return in the afternoon, we met by John be-decked in his marvelous 3/4 length coat and hat. Asked about our day by the Duty Manager and Francesca and on entering our sumptuous room discovered the 'birthday fairies' had visited whilst we were out and about. Iced bucketed Fizz, beautiful fruit, tasteful decorations and birthday welcomes and wishes. We also visited the roof top bar some evenings, its views overlooking the Ancient Roman buildings from its 6th floor being beautiful. On the night we ate in the Hotels A La Carte restaurant, we were looked after by another confident, charming young man called Marco. Just another example of the full on commitment the teams staff have. Would I recommend the Fori Imperiali, oh yes without doubt. We would love to return again, its a peaceful haven, 800m from Colosseum, 600m from Trevi, 700m Spainish steps, 20m from Colonna Trraina...

I was blown away by how amazing this hotel is. From now on I will only exclusively stay at this hotel anytime I'm in Rome (I go twice a year). It is in the middle of everything and next to Piazza Venezia.

Lets talk about the location first, it is literally where you want to be in Rome. You can see the Roman Forum from the hotel, the Colosseum is a 6 mins walk, the Trevi fountain is a 10 mins walk and Spanish steps is a 7 mins walk from there. Everywhere you want to be is right next to this hotel! The view from the hotel is of the Roman Forum, and ancient ruins and you feel transported to a different era.

The experience of staying here was absolutely amazing. When we got there we were having issues with parking our rental car. Apparently you get a fine for driving around Rome and we had no idea. Ihab checked us in and went over all the parking regulations in Rome so we can avoid getting fines in the city. He even directed us to the best parking garage closest to the hotel that have the best prices so we wouldn't be stressed out about the rental car. He was absolutely amazing and we appreciated it so much!

Joao is a manager there and was super helpful from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. We arrived at the hotel 3 hours before the actual check in time, but Joao was able to get us a room asap. He said the room was ready so there is no need for us to wait for 3 hours for us to give you the room. That was so awesome as we had just gotten off a 9 hour flight, and had a 2 hour drive to the hotel. Also the day of our checkout, our flight was delayed for a few hours, we spoke to Joao and Michela (front desk) and they were able to let us stay in the room for a few extra hours which was super helpful.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the NH Collection Fiori Imperiali in Rome, and it was an experience we will never forget. It was an experience we will cherish for years to come.

The hotel's superb location allowed us to easily explore Rome's many attractions on foot, making our visit to the Eternal City all the more convenient and enjoyable.
