The unassuming but very functional ambiance of this place totally misrepresents what they are serving: absolutely top notch food. I don't think I have had a tomato motzarella anchovie pinsa this good. And the salad was off the charts fresh with perfectly cured meat. Tasty house red wine. All super affordable. I ended up eating an entire pinsa and salad and bottle of wine although it would have been perfect for 2 people. (I did skip breakfast and lunch OK.) And read about the flour the bio friendly ingredients they use on their web site. Just noticed they deliver too. Don't know the proceess for that as I am usually I hotels here in Rome but I am now motivated to figure it out. Only nitpick is I hope they move to metal silverware and short glasses for wine soon. Don't like the plastic but guessing once people figure out how good the food is, they won't have a problem upgrading.

Careful as this is not Habemus Pinsa anymore, but a new establishment with some issues. Easily given 5 stars for the food, it was very tasty. However, the staff is a bit bizarre, we were asked to pay in cash, I agreed, but then they were not giving a receipt. I asked it and got it - but honestly it felt like they wanted to get away with it. You might need to have a look at this behavior because your food is very good...very loud salsa music too, and we were the only customers. For info I will ask Google to edit the location as all previous people said this is not Habemus Pinsa anymore.

Forget everything else in downtown Rome, slightly off the most iconic sights, besides the American embassy, an humble pinseria offers their delicacies at a fair price. We tried the traditional Olive Ascolane, the potatoe croquettes and the pinse. The Dough is crunchy outside, with a good support for the ingredients but nice and soft inside to offer a full satisfactory experience. The quality of Ingredients could improve a bit but most likely them kept the cost down. Overall a very solid pinsa that I would eat over and over again. Good job guys! Sorpallocca Approved

MISLEADING OPENING TIMES. Yesterday 2 of us planned to go in and grab some lunch before catching a movie. We called in around 11.15am to make sure they were open and asked if we could walk in shortly after. Upon arriving, around 11.30ish we got told they wouldn’t be able to serve us for another half hour at least (although we were the only one there). We informed the person that we had called beforehand, and inquired whether they were open or not. The person said they were open but not yet for service. We had to leave and grabbed a bite somewhere else.

A note to the owner: if you’re not open for service then you’re CLOSED. You should update your opening times and inform people when they call if you’re not able to serve them even though...

Unfortunately, we were not able to taste the food because the young workers were so rude (especially the girl with long blonde hair who was staring at us while whispering and laughing). We left before ordering. We did not have this experience at other restaurants.

Edit added in response to owner: How do you expect to improve if you do not take responsibility for your employees? You cannot get better if you do not take criticism. There are several reviews about poor and bad service. Even after those poor reviews, you have not improved or gotten better. I would guess it has not improved because you deny it. And I said "workers" were rude meaning more than one worker. It was more than just the...
