When we visited on 21 July, we were looked after the most pleasant Paolo Bandini. We were accompanied by our 12-year-old daughter who has autism and sensory processing issues. Paolo went above and beyond to ensure our needs were catered for and really looked after us all and ensured our meal was an enjoyable experience for everyone. She constantly checked up on us and gave us a quiet area to sit, which really helped my daughter. She was so thoughtful and empathetic and I really wanted to take time out to call out this excellent experience.

We decided to visit again on 23 July, due to our previous experience and on this occasion, we were looked after by Valera. She was also very empathetic and accommodating and really looked after us all again. We are so grateful for her service and wanted to ensure that this was recognized

I don’t usually take time out to write reviews, but I really wanted to call out these two specific individuals, as they really embodied and demonstrated what accessibility and inclusion should be. They offered the highest level of great customer service. I would also suggest that Hard Rock uses their experiences as examples/ case studies and shares with other restaurants in their franchise network, as this really was a great accessibility experience for the entire family. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
