If you want to be treated like you don’t exist or your presence don’t matter as a customer, I would strongly advice to go to this place to experience extreme ignorance and borderline racism. I was passing by with my sister, ultimately heading to trastevere and thought of stopping by the bakery. We waited behind a pair of americans who were served by the woman behind and then they moved away and we stood in front of the cashier to wait for her to take our order. Another male waiter was vacuuming peanuts off the display pasteries(hoover- meant to be cleaning floors). The woman said ‘ no’ to him first, then completely ignored us and started talking to a bunch of italian group who just walked in and handed them the menus over our heads, we are short(for context), still did not care to acknowledge two people standing in front of her. My pregnant wife and I just came to this bar for a quick break to drink a couple of cups of tea with a tiny muffin and a peace of cake. When I approached to pay for the food I was shocked to discover that for 2 cups of a regular warm tea I was charged 10€ and for 2 tiny pastries another 5€, when I later asked the bartender why is it so expensive she told me something about us sitting at a table costing additional 5€ (even if so, it’s not written this way on the bill). Unhygienic: The staff dropped a fork on the ground and picked it up to put it back in food in the buffet. I know they don't care but seriously it's so messed up. This is something we noticed as we were thinking of what to order from the unappetizing list of options they had.

They also didn't have what they have listed on the menu because they didn't have the ingredients. Waste of time to go there based on some recommendation when we could have checked out another place. Maybe this chain cafe is better in another location. Who knows.
