Pictures look pretty though NOT WORTH IT (IMHO) BEWARE OF MANAGER

I got BAD though friendly service and got to talk to the CREEPIEST managers of them all Tried here Burgers with my husband Long story Short - my medium rare burger was rare and after I asked to cook it further it came fully cooked, burnt (don't confuse with caramelized) on the outside and dry as F. They had two attempts...

My husband's rare burger came OVERCOOKED from the beginning and the next time they brought another burger they used the SAME PLATE they took the old one away on... Common, really?

Were waiting for our check for maybe 30 minutes and were offered free espresso for the inconvenience.. but had to wait around 20 minutes more WHICH WAS EVEN MORE INCONVENIENT Paid at the bar

After we paid and went out for a smoke, THE MANAGER WAS ALREADY THERE. I saw him here and there inside and he probably heard some of our complaints to the waiter and decided to catch us OUTSIDE What a move, dude change your technique

He asked us for a feedback and we told him everything that I wrote ABOVE Dude replied something like that we have to come again because apparently stuff like this doesn't happen everyday. Well nice to know. Still meh at most

Common people, its Rome, go literally...

My wife an kids have been bothering me to give this feedback. We had the most awesome time at Kilo's. We found them on Google because they were close to the hotel we were staying. The food was delicious, even my fussy 10 year old loved the food. You need to be mindful of the portion sizes a bit if it's your first time because they were HUGE for us. I dare anyone to have a full 3 course meal. We were so stuffed the first time that we couldn't have desserts and had to carry a huge amount of food back to the hotel. On our last evening in Rome, it was unanimous that we had to go back, at least to try their puddings too. We got there too early when they were not open and the kids were almost in tears. We went back to the hotel but we couldn't stay so came back again a few hours later. We tried other steak dishes and the puddings. The tiramisu, cheesecake and chocolate brownie were to die for. I have left the staff to last because they are very friendly and professional and it felt like we have known them for years. Thank you guys for an amazing time in Rome and we are seriously considering coming back...

Noticing that the establishment closes at midnight, I ordered a glass of select wine at 23:05, expecting a relaxed experience. Instead, I was practically handed a stopwatch along with my drink. By 23:25—well before the advertised closing time—the manager, a young and utterly untrained individual, decided that customer service was optional and sent a short Indian gentleman to inform me that they were closed. No prior notice, no courtesy—just an unceremonious boot out the door.

For a place that presents itself as refined, the service is anything but. If you enjoy chugging fine wine like it’s a frat party and being dismissed like an inconvenience, this is the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere for a venue that actually respects its own operating...
