Piadineria Gnam Gnam — Restaurant in Rome

I stumbled upon Piadineria Gnam Gnam by chance, and it turned out to be one of the best surprises during my time in Rome. The piadina I had was, without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted — perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and filled with the freshest ingredients.

But what truly made the difference was Silvia, the chef. She was not only incredibly talented but also warm, kind, and welcoming. You can tell she puts her heart into every dish she prepares. The way she interacted with the customers created a cozy, friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Sono capitato in questa Piadineria consigliata da Google. Il locale si presenta bene, niente di eccezionale. L'ordine va fatto alla cassa dove viene presentato il menù che, volendo, si può prendere e portare al tavolo per leggerlo comodamente. Le piadine vengono circa 6 euro, non economiche ma son fatte con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Io ne ho presa una con il prosciutto e il mio amico una tartufata ed entrambi siamo rimasti soddisfatti dalla qualità e dal sapore. La pecca del locale sta nella gestione. I tavoli presenti son traballanti, ne abbiamo provato 2 o 3 visto che il locale a quell'ora era semi vuoto e nessuno era stabile. Non ci vuole molto a sistemare un problema del genere. Il cavatappi per aprire le birre era rimasto ad un tavolo con altri clienti, forse sarebbe meglio attaccarlo da qualche parte così si evita di "perderlo" in giro. Se andate di sabato sera non andateci con cinquanta euro altrimenti la ragazza alla cassa vi sclera contro. A parte gli scherzi sarebbe stato più professionale chiedere se avessi potuto pagare con la carta, prendersela con me perché son l'ennesimo a pagare con 50 euro non è bello perché personalmente non ho colpe, ad ogni modo è perdonata. Riassumendo: con una migliore gestione e grazie alla qualità dei prodotti questa piadineria potrebbe davvero fare...
