L'Angolo Romano — Restaurant in Rome

Delicious food, excellent prices and wonderful people. L’Angolo Romano is a cozy local family ran restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of traditional Italian food and drinks. My girlfriend and I went there while visiting Rome. For a total of 30 euros, we ate so much we had a hard time walking back to our airbnb (including beer and wine). We met one of the owner’s family member with whom we had the chance to exchange about our respective countries’ culture, which was a lot of fun. Leggendo l'ultima recensione mi rendo conto che i gusti sono gusti e di certo non si può accontentare tutti. Io sono diciamo un abituè del ristorante e della Pucceria a fianco. Il vino della casa è "Nero D'Avola" garantisco, dato che spesso quando ci è stato anche offerto lo ha versato direttamente dal "boccione". Ed era lo stesso bevuto durante il pasto. Il ristorante comunque è pulito ed ordinato, i piatti a mio avviso sono sempre stati ottimi e abbondanti, soprattutto la carne! La cicoria (anche a me piace piccante) che di solito mangio accompagnando la carne penso non debba essere troppo condita (poi sono gusti) e comunque sarà sempre possibile aggiungere sale e peperoncino che solitamente chiedo anche io. Chiamare i NAS....? Mah... chiusi al bagno perché mancava la pancetta, il sale alla cicoria ed era poco piccante...forse li avranno salvati se erano così delicati di stomaco! Meglio starsene a casa con una minestrina! Forse potrei essere di parte... ma scrivere simili recensioni fa pensare che si nascondono altre intenzioni per screditare le attività! Great little family restaurant in the neighborhood. We arrived late from the airport and this was our first meal in Italy. We got pizzas and they were amazing. Super thin crust, great flavor, and just an overall excellent experience. If you are in the area definitely stop, they have an extensive menu and we are looking forward to...
