Le Gole — Restaurant in Rome

Whenever I visit Rome, i make sure to stay at a place that is near Le Gole Di Amatrice, to be able to eat there as much as possible. From my first visit in summer of 2019, i felt right at home; the owner and the staff are so inviting and generous. went for lunch with tartare and mushroom pasta and spritz, both were not bad, but tartare didnt taste too beefy and mushroom pasta was a bit too oily, dessert was available but was not on the menu, the environment was nice and cozy, the staff was really nice and spoke english well, gave good recommendations, it was a bit hot though, the AC might not have been turned on. there was also a seat charge per person...
