Wh had the reservation via The Fork. The food and wine we had were 10/10. But the behaviour of young man was disappointing. When he found our reservation, he led to the terrace without view of colosseum. I told him I asked them here in special requirement for that. He mockingly replied: You have to book it month ago. (That was exactly what I did. Nevermind.) We ordered few years old red wine. This guy opened the bottle and told us: this is very special one. We tasted it, wine was really good and ask him for decanter, because that wine needed the time and the air to full developing of its taste. But again, he trated us rude and said: this wine is the special wine, it does not need that. Ans he left. Then we ask him again for the decanter because we wanted to enjoy the wine. He left for more than 10 minutes and then older guy (very polite man) came back with basic glass jug with explanation that they do not have any decanter. Well, that pies of glass did its work. However, the way how the young man treated us was something awful. It copletely degraded the experience of the evening. If you take care about your guest, you should learn your staff (I mean young man) how to speak with your guests. Because if he apologized for being fully booked for many weeks in the beginning and the he said something like "I am sorry but all our decanter are broken and I have ongly glass jug now", then our feelings would be different. So if you want to spend you money here, be prepared the you will not have the view of colosseum and they will treat you poorly, but you will have great...

If it wasn't for a small thing I'd leave 5/5 stars without a doubt but the small thing out me off. The food was great! I've had what I'd say is better food nearby, however this was still really good. We ordered the fillet, carbonara, mackerel fillet, and the chocolate cake. All 4 were incredible and the entrees alone were more than enough. It was just so good we wanted to try the desert too. What put me off is at the end when I got my bill they charged 10 Euros in fees theater there. Quite frankly idgaf if you're the best restaurant in the world, bake any fees into your prices. Don't add them by surprise at the end. Mackerel fillet - very good, it was set on a bed of frozen peppers woth a heavily sauce that was a perfect contrast between everything. Carbonara - very thick and very heavy. Full of flavor however arguably a little too much. Felt like the flavor was more overwhelming then well balanced. Fillet - excellent steak cut. The vegetables were cooked well. Sauce was really smooth. Just a very good dish. Chocolate cake - tasted like brownies. The whole dish was well balanced and every bite was filled...

We booked a table for February 14. When we arrived, almost the whole restaurant was empty. But they still gave us the worst table near the terrace and at the exit, where people were constantly passing by and staff were going back and forth. When we asked for another table they said that everything was booked much earlier. But it was a total lie. Until the end of the evening many tables on the terrace and in the hall were empty. People without reservations came in and were shown tables to choose from on the terrace, but they still didn't choose and left. It seems they wanted to save good tables for late guests just in case, and those who booked and came early gave the worst seats. And we also noticed that mostly foreigners like us were treated same way. I would advise managers to be more competent. We paid almost 200€ per 2 and such an unpleasant feeling remained. I will not advise anyone else to come here. From good impressions: the live music was amazing, but the food was...

We visited recently and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff was accommodating when we asked to move to a table on the terrace, which we really appreciated. The sommelier was also very helpful and knowledgeable, offering great suggestions for wine that paired well with our meal. The food itself was very good — no complaints there. However, the service overall felt a bit disjointed. It took about 15-20 minutes for someone to take our order, and no one checked in with us once the food arrived. Two of the dishes came out first, and the third followed about 10 minutes later, which made the timing a bit awkward. At the end, we were told that service was not included in the bill - a little unexpected given the level of attention we received. All in all, some lovely elements, especially the food and wine, but unfortunately, the lack of proper service would make me think twice before returning.

Beautiful upscale place.. but the chef doesn't understand how to provide warm plates. We ordered three filet of Aberdeen beef, that is a 28 Euro plate and they all came cold. We sent them back, as not only the filet was cold but also the potatoes that came with.. it came back after 10/15 minutes just as cold. 3 waiters were available just for us, but the food was really cold. They offered to send it back to get it warmer, but we denied, as we had waited a lot for the plate plus the extra minutes to get it warm the first time. We could tell that it was a good quality meat, but we couldn't understand how they can serve it cold. No one tried to compensate us for this, only an apology and the bill. Very bad experience for us, very fancy but unprofessional service.
