Limerick — Restaurant in Rome

Was outright scammed. I asked for a smash burger but they brought a cheeseburger. Instead of taking the burger back they claimed that I did ask for a cheeseburger and only after some time did they tell me they were making another one. When paying the bill they included the cheeseburger, along with an extra portion of sweet potato fries that I never asked for and that they didn't bring. I tried to clarify this but they claimed that I should pay half the price of a cheeseburger even though I did not...

Ok , I've been here with my colleagues and they forgot my order while everyone was eating they didn't bring me something to not to stay and watch others eating 😑 the burger wasn't fantastic I've had better in Rome and the meat was so dry 🤦🏻‍♀️ the only positive point was the bread cause I think they cook...

Parto col dire che sono venuto qui a mangiare un po’ di volte quindi la recensione non è basata su una cena one spot. Il locale è veramente carino, piccolo e caratteristico oltre che arredato come se fosse un piccolo burger lab newyorkese il che da a tutto un’altra atmosfera. Il personale è gentilissimo e lo è sempre stato. I panini sono buoni, della dimensione giusta e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Oltretutto ogni panino è compreso di patatine fritte che non sono le solite patatine commerciali, di qualsiasi tipo le prendiate. C’è da dire anche che il prezzo sia per Roma che per quello che offre è onestissimo, dai 10 ai 12 euro e qualcosa per i più elaborati come può essere il chicchirichì in foto ma che comunque con il sapore ripaga. Detto tutto questo non posso che dare 5 stelle e sperare che il burger lab continui ad avere questa qualità ed offrire magari in futuro...
