We got there in the later part of the day when there were not that many slices of pizza left and they looked a bit old. We got three types (Marguerita, Tartufatta and Gialla). They popped them in the oven for us and then we started eating. Oh...my...God were these good pizzas. You can see they use really good ingredients from the way everything tastes so good. And they are really simply looking (which I think is the secret of finding good pizza in Italy) not crammed with toppings. We never really get Marguerita since it's usually done poorly but the tomatoes in this one tasted so good. And don't get me started on the flavour of the mushrooms. We had eaten at Bonci nearby, but found the food and service and value at Rosso Fuoco to be much better by comparison.
