Great pizza but shocking service. We were a group of 5 and we ordered a pizza and a drink each. The waiting staff were attentive but nothing special. At the end we were waiting to pay. We asked a number of times for the bill but the waiters kept nodding their heads but never bringing the bill over. After a while one of us went to walk around and we discovered we were actually meant to pay at the welcome desk when you enter the restaurant although none of the waiters made that clear. A little frustrated we headed over to the desk to be met by the rudest member of staff we have ever seen (she might even have been the manager). She said we owed the total amount and we asked to split the amount between 2 cards, €30 on one and the rest on the other (not an abnormal request...). She then went into the biggest hissy fit ever throwing her whole body weight onto her chair and slamming her hands on the desk, tutting and sighing repeatedly. She rolled her eyes and snatched the cards from our hands. I have never been so shocked. We simply could not understand what the problem was. One of our group members (who recommended the restaurant) was appaulled and told the lady we would...

We ordered 3 pizzas. Pizzas were burnt and the taste was abysmal. In addition to the not so great food we were charged an additional 2 euro per person as a "Food and Drink fee". This was not posted anywhere nor were we informed when we sat down. I don't understand why they think they can charge that fee since the service was super disappointing and not friendly. We went when the restaurant just opened so it was just our group and one other table yet the waiter somehow managed to provide less than minimal service. He took away all our plates so when we the pizza came we just ate with napkins. The few moments the waiter was around he was snickering at us. And when he served food he just handed me a hot plate because he couldn't figure out where to put it. I advise all international travelers to avoid this restaurant. WORST restaurant...

I have visited many restaurants around Italy and never complained about any of them. Italian cuisine is one of my favourites. This was my worst experience! The place was so loud due to the music and couldn’t speak to my friends comfortably but ok, I could get around that. We ordered starters and their core was cold, probably frozen and reheated using a microwave! Unacceptable!! Italian standards are so high! When we told one of the waiters about it, without even apologising, he asked my italian girlfriend “where are you from?” She replied saying she’s from Torino and he said “that’s why you don’t like them”. I was lost in words!!! This guy was insulting Napolitan inheritance. For mains we had pizzas and pomodoro (tomato sauce) was dripping all over the pizza. Unbelievable experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone....

I don't even want to give the one star. We ordered 3 pastas and one pizza. The pizza was okay but the pastas were horrible!!! It's even not ready, still very hard. It's too hard to eat, only will make you feel stomachache and sick! We didn't eat at all and check out immediately. The servers didn't give any respond and refused to communicate. Their excuse was they don't understand English!! So we said we can use google translate to transfer. Then they suddenly speak English. Amazing! What a miracle! And they insisted that Italian food is like this. I don't believe Italians like dogs food like this. We've been to many countries in Europe and this restaurant was not doubt the worst one. I objectively suggest all the international traverllers DO NOT COME.

Landed in Rome and finally got to try some real Italian pizza at Napul’è Ristorante—and wow, it didn’t disappoint. The setting was beautiful: I sat outside under one of their street-side canopies, enjoying the quiet atmosphere with just a handful of other diners. The menu was a pizza lover’s paradise—three full pages of options. I asked the waiter to surprise me with their most popular pie, and I’m glad I did. It was absolutely delicious—simple, fresh, and totally different from American-style pizza in the best way. Definitely glad I chose this spot for my first Italian pizza experience. And it’s not just about the pizza—Napul’è also serves a full menu of other Italian classics like pasta, meatballs, and more if you’re feeling something different.

On the way from the Vatican, this restaurant may interest you, especially if you are looking for Neapolitan pizza and it is still quite solidly rated on Google, so we said why not. The dough is one of the best we have had lately, but unfortunately that ends the positives. There was quite a bit of cheese on the pizza, I could imagine much more for the price, my girlfriend had all the ingredients on the pizza strangely thrown to one side, and the mushrooms were terribly bitter. As a result, I expected much more, I feel that this is a rather wasted opportunity, in addition, the service fee is relatively high (2 € / person), I would never really give them such a tip.
