I had the most incredible experience at the Cooking Class in Rome with Emanuele and Angelo at Pastificio Faini! From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience. Emanuele and Angelo were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the class both educational and fun. They expertly guided us through the process of making authentic pasta from scratch, explaining every step with passion and enthusiasm. The hands-on approach allowed us to learn the techniques while enjoying the process.

The location at Pastificio Faini was charming, with a cozy, intimate atmosphere that made it feel like a truly special experience. The pasta we made was absolutely delicious, and we got to enjoy our creations over a lovely meal with the group. We had an amazing time with Chef Emanuele Faini. His Pastificio is super cute and cozy and the recipes were full of love.

He was super engaging and fun — making sure he spent time with every one there and connecting the group with each other. He had great music and wine and it was super easy to follow his instructions. No one in our group had made pasta before and everything turned out deliciously.

After making the pasta, we all ate our creations and enjoyed wine together. It was a fun and light-hearted meal.

I loved the personal stories he shared and felt his passion for making and teaching pasta. It was a highlight of our trip and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a unique and fun experience.

I also eat vegan and he was able to accommodate my dietary needs. The vegan pasta was so delicious.
