The restaurant's location is very convenient because it is in a small square next to a residential area. The restaurant's space is designed in the style of the tents of North American Indians; very lovely. Each tent has a large table for groups of customers or families. The menu has many diverse options—especially the typical dishes of America and Mexico. There are many types of hamburgers. The tacos are very delicious. Mainly there are options for vegetarians. Regarding dessert, the pancakes are a bit too sweet. Regarding the staff, they are well-trained and very enthusiastic, especially they carefully guide tourists who do not know Italian. Sono andato per la prima volta in vita mia ad un Old Wild West, o vero a dire questo. Locale a tema Western, tavoli a tema indiani, pionieri e tanto altro. Bancone con sella da rodeo, sembrava veramente di essere entrati in un film di trinità, lato con noccioline "all you can eat" self service. Ho ordinato una Western Grill, è consigliata per 2 persone, io mangio molto e l'ho presa da solo. Al costo di 35 euro danno: 2 würstel, 2 bistecche rosse cottura media,2 petti di pollo,2 salsicce,4 fette di carota cotta,4 fette di zucchine cotte,4 fette di peperoni cotti,2 foglie ďinsalata,2 ciotoline con salsa Old Wild West e al centro una porzione molto grande di patate fritte con buccia. Successivamente mi è arrivato un cestino con del pane affettato simil baguette, morbido e caldo. La cameriera molto gentile mi ha chiesto se volessi del sale, io ho detto di si e mi ha portato olio extraverine ďoliva molto buono, sale, pepe, aceto rosso da mettere a piacere in quantità, gesto che ho apprezzato molto, avendo potuto condire a mio piacere tutto. Carne di manzo molto buona e cottura perfetta, würstel, mai mangiati così buoni, pollo e salsiccia molto buoni. La salsa spettacolare, una gran scoperta. Zucchine e peperoni erano cotti bene, le carote non erano né cotte né crude, una via di mezzo, secondo me potevano essere più cotte. Per concludere ho preso una cheesecake ai frutti di bosco pagata 5,80€. Buona e ho apprezzato molto che è arrivata con la panna a parte nel piatto. Non ho ben capito come funziona l'acqua, perché io ho chiesto dell'acqua e mi è arrivata una bottiglietta, mentre all'altro tavolo una brocca molto grande. Mi informerò meglio la prossima volta. 1,80€ di servizio, ci sta Voto 4 stelle perché era tutto buonissimo ma a gusto...

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever had. Ask for water no reply then again and get a bottle of sparkling on the table ask for still I get warm sparkling then ask for still get still with no glasses. Ask for ketchup and get ketchup and mayonnaise then ask for vinegar for chips and get balsamic vinegar.

Staff had a couldn't care less attitude and when we made a complaint the guy bolted it across the restaurant.
