In general, I would not recommend staying here. Ok for one night sleep, but not more, not even as a short city-trip option.||The hotel is located in rather not nice neighbourhood, as in the evening a lot of very strange people were scattering around. In the mornings was all fine in terms of neighbourhood. There is no reception at the hotel, so if you have an issue or want to talk with the stuff - not possible, only via messages on the internet or call.||I wouldn't call it a hotel, it is smth like couple of appartments redone to be a hotel.||||Minuses:||- Our room didn't have a proper door, it was a sliding door that was not closing firmly so between the wall and the door there was a 7cm loop, so you hear everything what is going on on the corridor and all the main door/toillet door openings, steps, other people etc.||- It is located quite far from the city center so you have to get on bus||- No reception - If you have a questions/problem/issue/request - you need to communicate via messages on the webpage||- The breakfast offered was not a breakfast, the Expedia web-page said that "Continental breakfast" was included into the price, in reality you get a voucher for a coffee and one pastry at the cafe downstairs, which is not enough for a breakfast at all||- There is one common bathroom for 4 rooms, and each room is at least for 2 people or more, not even the bath and the toilet are separated, so you had to wait for quite some time to get into a bathroom.||- The room was a non-smoking one, but when we arrived - the smell of cigarettes was everywhere.||||Pluses:||- Cheap price||- The room was cleaned very properly every day||- The response time to the online messages are quite fast, but it is not enough usually and you have to write-write again and again and in the end your issues are not really resolved||- There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel that can get you to the main locations of Rome||- There is a grocery shop in front so you can buy some food there||||Termini station is about 1,4 km...
Read moreThe B&B is located only 10 minutes walking from Rome Termini station, from where you can also reach the city center in 10 minutes with the metro or on foot. The surrounding is good, there are really many places to eat. Ask Alessia, for the bests in the neighborhood. The breakfast is included in the price, you get a big croissant and a large coffee in the Cafe on the next corner. It's enough to start the day.||||The rooms located on the 1st floor of the building, but you can either use the stairs or the elevator to get there. Our room was small, but clean, and had everything for a good sleep. The bathroom is shared, but not occupied all day, because there are only a few rooms in this place. The bathroom is also clean, you get plenty of towels, and a hairdryer as well, so you can pack light for your trip.||||To sum up: I can really recommend this place, the owner (Alessia) is a nice person and communicates well before the travel via the booking page. The prices are really friendly, and you can get to the city highlights...
Read morethe place is really affordable, and to me its all about the details. the room was clean, linen clean, was given a full set of towels the minute I arrived, good fast internet, super friendly the lady (owner?). the bathroom was clean, and had several little carpets to put when you come out, white items were really white, there were tissues, hairdryer, even covers for the toilet as well as toiletries. good shower powerful to relax after a day walking. ||||the room was well equipped with hangers in the closet and also on the walls, night tables, lamps, tv, chairs etc. bed was comfy! ||||The neighborhood is good during the day, the location is near a university so it gets busy at night and there's some weird looking people, I would say keep your eyes open if you go out. Its not super close from the city center but yes from the train station and there are buses right in front (I walked all the way to the Vatican and I was fine) there are plenty restaurants and bars around with...
