Pinsa & Gusto — Restaurant in Rome

I've been in Rome for a week, staying at the nearby Carpegna hotel. The reception recommended this restaurant, and i'm glad they did. I ate here all but one night. The one night I didn't, I was disappointed by a tourist trap. This place is not that. The food is fresh and yummy. The service is kind and attentive. It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and 12€ is not expensive in Rome for a good pinsa. Thank you, team, for feeding me and being hospitable. Next time I'm here for work, I will fill my belly in your restaurant...

Indeed the best ! I avoid gluten as much as I can so rarely eat pizza but their pinsa is the one that is easiest to digest, no waking during the night for a glass of water , and the taste and variety of fresh and delicious toppings is really great ! Loved the pizzas here, completely fresh, tasty, dynamic varieties you have never had before and easy to pick and choose. They serve by weight the ones already ready.
