PizzaRé 77 — Restaurant in Rome

The waiters seemed kind, but our order was lost. I noticed everyone except us is getting their pizza. After 30+ mins I call the waiter to see what's wrong, and they lost our order. We did get a free beer and water as an apology, but I had to mention this experience. Our table was also next to the outside part of the kitchen door so heat was leaking from those doorframes to us, and it was already 35+ degrees outside. How much does it cost to put a ventilator? Very good Neapolitan style pizza in Rome. Nice puffy crust and tasty base. Maybe it was the choice of pizza (Pizzare), but it was a bit too heavy on cheese for my liking. In hindsight, I should have ordered Margherita. Service was good and prices were reasonable. We sat inside as it was shielded from the street noise and summer heat. We visited this restaurant as it was a „hot tip“ from instagram. Well, the experience was rather bad. We were sat as the ones trying to lure in more customers. Also, the door was open all the time so it was quite chilly. The food was good but we waited half an hour for that. The friendliness of the staff was bad.
